CONSISTENCY IS FASTER THAN RUSHING

rugged breed

How many times did you rush about finishing something only to find out that it's not working? how many times you have been struggling and pushing too much only to find out that you made a lot of mistakes? Rushing doesn't mean speed, it means worrying and hoping that something will wok, it's hoping to get lucky because you don't like where you at right now.

Just like an employee who's almost late on his job and he's so scared hat his boss might fire him, he will do everything to arrive to the office on time but the heavy traffic is getting worse and his chance of making it is very slim. But if he will just make it a habit to sleep early and wake up early so he will be able to avoid the heavy traffic then he will be on the best position to arrive at the office on time.

Being consistent will make you faster, time will make you faster, doing it over and over again with the same time and same amount of speed will make you very fast that it looks like you're not even exerting any effort at all. Consistency can beat any fast man out there, it can beat any speed, it can make you a cheetah. All you have to do is do something over and over again until you mastered it and you will look very fast, it's because your muscles and brain were trained to do it without even thinking. It feels automatic, it feels so easy and nothing.

Just like practicing a guitar and learning how to become good at it... you can become better than a professional if you're practicing it everyday, your skills will rapidly evolve and become better than a professional who's just practicing few days a week.

Just be consistent, do everyday what are you trying to improve and you will have a rapid improvement, you will become better and better, you will even feel like a guru or a shogun, you will feel like master of it, you know what will happen next and you will be able to make fast adjustments if something went wrong. You will become the king of your own empire.

JUST SHOW UP EVERYDAY

You need to show up and practice what you need to master, do it even if you feel your body is so heavy, never make excuses, that's how to become consistent. I don't care if you feel so tired or lazy, I don't care if the nails on your toes were not clean... just show up and stop acting like a spoiled diva that needs to get pampered before you move, do something and never let your mind think, start it now, start fast and push further and further until you're done. Showing up everyday is hard but it's what creates speed, it's what make you disciplined. If you're already disciplined and you master forcing yourself to take actions ahead of time... you will not rush anymore, you will become a machine.

Showing up is very hard to do but it has a lot of rewards. It's easy to make excuses if you feel bad, it's easy to skip a day but once you allow your excuses to take over then it's game over for you, you will fail, you will not make it, you are travelling the path of disappointment. So just show up and forget how you feel, forget if you feel bad or lazy, ignore that negative emotion and just do what will put you on a better position.

WHAT ARE THE AREAS THAT YOU NEED TO IMPROVE?

Practice is the key here, feel good practicing, always think that the pain you are feeling now will help you improve and become successful, it's only hard now but it will get better later. That is just a temporary pain, it's not permanent. If you need to wake up early everyday so you can avoid being late on your work.. just start waking up early today, once your alarm clock rings... stand up and force yourself to stand up, you will feel good once you start, you will find that energy once you force yourself to take actions. Stop making dramas and excuses, stop sleeping again for another 5 minutes, once the alarm rings... stand up fast and brush your teeth, once you're done brushing your teeth then take a bath and go to the office, stop thinking about your feelings, your emotions has nothing to do here, you are trying to improve right? once you become consistent in waking up early and starting fast for 21 days straight... you will become faster, it will become effortless because it is already programmed to your system, you will no longer feel the difficulty of it, it feels like nothing, it will be too easy and you will be too fast.

SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE WERE THE MOST CONSISTENT PEOPLE

They never miss a day, they love practice, they love improving themselves. They look for their weakness and they consistently make it better each day without a miss. And that's why they get good, that's why they always look in control. If you're consistent in doing something for what you are trying to achieve then you will become successful, you will be able to do everything fast because you already mastered it and done it for a million times, you will never get lost anymore. It will become easy as 1 2 3, you don't even need to think about it because it's already part of your life, it's who you are.

So always be consistent, that is the key to improvement, that is the key to master something and have a better life. Never miss a day, do it even if it's holiday, do it even if it's your birthday. Consistency is the path to greatness, it's the key to become faster than anybody else. Always remember that speed is the name of the game, you can only become faster if you are consistent.
