Don't feel sad, don't get mad... you just want to feel good and that's it. If you will just think deeply and remind yourself that it's nothing but an emotion then you will feel much better and you will become calmer.
You want to get out of your place because you wanted to feel good. You want to buy that shoes because you want to feel good, you want to kick your boss because you want to feel good, you want to drink 12 beers because you want to feel good, you want to get rich because you think it will make you feel better and secured, you want to cheat your wife because you want to feel good, you want to eat that chocolate because you want to feel good, you want everything because you think it will make you happy.
But at the end of the day... it's just an emotion. It's nothing but a feeling, emotions makes us weak, emotions makes us lazy, it makes us go with the bad decisions that is putting our lives on a bad position. Being emotional and too impulsive without thinking if something is really important or not makes you broke, weak, dumb and unproductive. You have to learn how to think better every time you're feeling something bad. Because most of the time you're entertaining negative thoughts every time you feel anxious or uncomfortable.
If someone blocks your driveway you will get mad right? you will think that that person was so disrespectful but if it's your best friend that did that you will not even feel anything, you will just laugh at it. It's no different your driveway still gets blocked but you will get mad if you don't like the person who did that to you.
IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL...
Your feelings is what's making your life miserable, you care too much about how you feel, you're so soft and weak because a little pain, a little envy is making you feel worse. You always have the victim mindset. You must always see yourself acting like a victim and feel ashamed of it, be aware of what's going on inside of your head. Your thoughts can create emotions, you need to check your thoughts all the time and stop thinking what's making you feel bad. If you don't care about how you feel then you are invincible, nothing will stop you, nothing will slow you down. Your feelings will always make you make bad decisions, stop being too emotional because it will never give you anything.
IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A PROGRESS YOU NEED TO DO THIS
Keep pushing even if you feel bad, keep moving forward. Never stop, never care about how you feel. What you feel is not you, what you feel should never make you think negative. Embed in your subconscious mind that you can still take actions even if you're struggling so bad. Don't worry about your feelings because you will feel much better once you're moving for a few minutes or even seconds. What you feel should not matter, what you're doing is the most important thing. Are you taking positive actions despite of pressure and unwanted situation? are you still focused on what you're trying to accomplish? Successful people move even if they don't feel it. The reprogram their minds to just keep moving forward no matter what. Because all the drama and excuses does to you is make you feel weak. You have to want it from the bottom of your heart if you wanted to win.
STAY POSITIVE AND BE IN THE MOMENT
Stay positive, always choose the positive thoughts because it will give you power. Learn to breathe all the time, you have to be aware if you're anxious because that's the only time you will be able to make some adjustments, you will never breathe if you're not aware of what's going on, you will just go with the flow and let the pressure drag you down. If you can just breathe, relax and watch what's going on without resisting it then you will have power. You will be in control. Stop judging everything, including yourself, create a new positive perspective... something that will help you to go through. Judge any situation with positivity and always think that it's only making you grow and stronger. Any hardship in life is only making you tougher and braver, you have to remind yourself about that. You will only become weak if you will act like a victim and react negatively. Learn to breathe whenever you feel anxious or overwhelmed and you will feel much better.
LEARN TO PERSEVERE DURING THE HARD TIMES
If you will persevere during the most difficult times then you will be able to prevail, you will survive, you will succeed, you will be able to finish anything that you need to finish. You're struggling because of your mind, that's the big truth. You're always thinking negative and that fuels the bad emotions. Persevere during the hard times and always believe that you're going to succeed no matter what. Always believe that something good will happen to you. You can win, the question is are you going to persevere during the most difficult moments of your life? are you going to push even if you can't push anymore? are you going to choose the right thoughts to keep the momentum alive?
IT'S HARD TO CHANGE BUT IT'S POSSIBLE
It's hard to change your attitude, it's hard to grow but it's possible. The process is too simple... force yourself to take actions and be patient, force yourself to be calm and maintain your composure all the time. You have to stay still while moving forward, be calm and cool despite of disturbances. Believe that you're going to have a break through. Trust the process, break all the resistance by focusing on yourself and what you do. It's hard to change, really really hard but it's doable. Nothing can stop you if you will just think right and focus on what matters the most.
