HOW TO REALLY CHANGE?

Change is what most people want. They want a new place, a new body, a new attitude, new work, new clothes, new house, new partner. What don't people know is that change is a process, it's not an output, it's not an end product. Change will never happen even if you add or remove something in your life. It's a character, it's yourself, it's doesn't come from other people or something... it's inside of you. You don't need a house, money or security to change... it should happen in your mind and in your heart. 

CHANGE IS DONE MINUTE BY MINUTE

Change didn't happen the moment you say to yourself you're going to change. It is done minute by minute, it is continuity and consistency. It's enduring the pain of boredom that change is giving you. It is a stressful thing because there is no change without stress. You will get bored with the new habit that you are trying to build that's why you need to use a lot of willpower if you really wanted to change. Don't think about the finish line, don't think about going fast and never wish for a miracle, change id done by taking it one step at a time and not rushing, you have to feel it, you have to feel the pain. Change is stressful but you have to deal with it, you have to make sure you're committed and not going back. That's why if you don't want to get overwhelmed then you need to feel your life, watch your actions and thoughts, feel your emotions and deal with every uncomfortable feelings, don't resist it. Feel the emotion while working on your goals. 

CHANGE IS A COMMITMENT IT'S NOT A RESULT

You have to feel comfortable all the time, you have to force yourself to just do it and never think about what may happen next. Just do something positive, work hard today and never think that you already changed, work hard again tomorrow and the next day, follow through forever. Don't aim for the results, change is a process, it's a sacrifice, you will feel uncomfortable everyday but it is what it is, you will really feel heavy and negative but in exchange of that your life will become better. You may not see the progress fast, you may not see your life improving but wait for a few months and you will be happy with what you will see. Endure the pain of change, embrace it because you are growing every time you feel the pain. 

CHANGE WILL NOT HAPPEN IF YOU WANT IT TO HAPPEN.

You have to be patient all the time, it will never happen when you want to happen it now. Just like growing your muscles, it will never grow if you want to see the growth now. No matter what expensive steroids you take and even if you lift 1 million pounds of weights... it will never get big. There is a timeline, you have to wait while working hard. It will never happen overnight, it may take months or even years. That is why only few people can change, it's because only few people can wait. There is a waiting period, you have to be patient and never give up. Your time will come, if you didn't cheat the process then you will succeed. 

NEVER COMPARE

This attitude makes it even harder to change... comparing yourself to everyone. Always remember that your journey is different from others. Some people will succeed fast and some people will succeed slow, the truth is the people who succeed fast were just lucky and there are only few of them. Don't worry if you can't see success yet because victory is sweeter when it is harder to get. And those people who succeeded fast were never satisfied, they still feel that something is lacking in their lives. You have to focus on your own journey and never  feel that there is something wrong, it's alright if your pace is slow, just don't give up and keep fighting for the life transformation that you want.

CHANGE IS NOT BEING PERFECT

There will be times when you will fall off the track, you will get lost again that's why you need to stay mindful and committed, once you see yourself doing the bad habit again... stop right away. Stop allowing yourself to continue, stop thinking that it's just a one time thing, you have to stop it right away and go back to the right track. You have to accept that it's still a rough road. Some people think that changing means having an easier and perfect life, it doesn't work that way. Change means discomfort and confusion, change means doubting yourself if you can make it or not, change means trying, change means going harder and getting better each day. Change is not something that you can just wish or try and quit if you don't like it. Change is a commitment, you have to do it forever even if you don't like it. You have to discipline yourself everyday. 

PROTECT YOUR TIME 

Be selfish with your time, don't give it for free, once your time is gone it is gone forever, you can never get it back. Your time is the most important thing to take care of during the process of changing. Never give it to a random bitch in hollywood by watching her stupid movies, don't give it to a toxic person that do nothing good to you, don't use it for a nonsense activity that will never make your life better, never give it to a TV program that keeps you broke. You have to protect your time, think of it as your most valuable asset and never think that you always have tomorrow, use your time wisely, use it for your improvement, use it to put yourself on a best position to succeed. Your time is very valuable, never disrespect it, never let other people use it for their own good. 

STOP LOOKING FOR TIPS

Change means there is a change, it means altering something in your life. You don't need an advice if you really wanted to change... just do it, just change something and see what will happen. Every path is the right path, there is nothing to be scared of if you're willing to make mistakes, always remember that for as long as your intention is positive then there is nothing else to be worried about. Just do it, just start the change now, use the trial and error process and never give up when something goes wrong along the way, be willing to try over and over again, be willing to stand up every time you fall. It's simply about not giving up, don't aim for perfection, don't aim for greatness and just focus on he next step. Take it one step at a time and never feel stuck if you can't make a progress, being stuck is just a perspective because for as long as you are moving... you are improving.
