WHAT BULDS CONFIDENCE

What builds confidence is the ability to start fast and forget the outcome. You just do it, you jut enjoy the process even if you're scared a little bit. If you want to become confident then you need to accept uncertainty with peace, you need to jump in, show up with no attachment from the future or outcome. Forget the results, forget the mistakes and just do it without conscience. It's about the concept and not the perfection. The concept is to keep trying again and again until you win, the concept is to just do it even if you're not sure that you're going to make it. Because at the end of the day your fear will only grow stronger if you will not take actions now, you have to pull the trigger and never care if you will win or lose. To become confident you must welcome failures, you must never feel anything with rejection or defeats, think of it as a game... you're just playing with your own rules, you're just trying to win. Just be yourself and forget about everything else, do what you need to do even if it is really uncomfortable. 

BE A DOER, BE A HUNTER

Execute without hesitation. Ask the hot girl's number without thinking, ask for promotion, work hard, do the overtime, never complain, chase your goals, exercise now even if you're tired, go for the next task, look for the next step, start early, start even if you're later, always have that killer instinct, get that money, make yourself a millionaire, never wait... just do it. Be a doer, hunt what you want, don't procrastinate and never believe that tomorrow is a better day. Even if you're not making any progress now... still keep pushing, always hunt, always do something that will give you a chance to win. Never wait for luck, create your own luck and always hope for the best. Believe that if you're taking actions then your life is getting better, believe that every time you are working hard you are also attracting better opportunities.

IT'S OK IF YOU'RE NOT CONFIDENT

There will be times when you really feel not confident at all. No matter how much you prepare, no matter how hard you work there will still be doubts and fears. Not all day you will feel superior and invincible, not all day you will feel comfortable. It's ok if you are scared but never quit, never back down, never freeze yourself, never plant your feet, always try and move, always push forward even if you feel that there is something wrong. Your confidence will come back if you decided to just push yourself to the limits and never feel stunned. It's ok if you are overwhelmed but always make sure you are calm, be slow if you need to, don't rush, always breathe and remind yourself that everything will be alright. There is not big thing, there is no big deal, there is no bigger person than you. Respect people but never feel inferior just for once. Detach from the outcome, just give your very best regardless of how you feel, just give your all even if you're feeling weak and doubtful. Always remind yourself that you can still do something despite of feeling scared or in pain. It's ok if you're distracted, it's ok if you're anxious and overwhelmed... just don't quit, just show up and handle the business. Never mind about your feelings, it's just an emotion, it will come and go. Whatever you are feeling right now it will change. There is no permanent emotion, just hang on there and relax. 

YOU'RE NOT SPECIAL

People can't take actions, people can't become confident because they think they are special. They think that all eyes were on them, they think that they matter a lot. If you will think of yourself as someone who is just an ordinary person with no big name and no ego then you will become very confident, always think that you have nothing to lose and you're just enjoying the ride. Who do you think you are? who the hell are you? nobody cares about what you do, nobody cares if you are feeling bad. You need to do what you need to do and stop thinking that you are entitled of a special treatment. Think that you are nothing, think that you are a trash and you will feel invincible, it's because you will think that you have nothing to lose at all, you have everything to gain. It's not that you're belittling yourself and not trusting yourself. It's just a reverse psychology so that you will feel free. You can kill your ego and resistance by thinking that you're just a clown trying to play with these people. Think that you're just playing a game, think that this life is just a game and that you have nothing to lose no matter what. In the end you are still you, in the end you really didn't lose anything. 

LEARN TO ADAPT

Adapting means feeling, it means you are feeling everything and seeing everything around you. It means you are ok looking like a trash, you are ok not being able to contribute with the moment, you are ok being outclassed, you are ok being embarrassed, you are ok losing, you are ok getting dominated, you are ok with losing. Learn to adapt, accept that you are not thriving at the moment and adjust your thoughts and actions. Something will click later, just stay still, never judge yourself, accept yourself and never stop yourself from expressing yourself. Always remember that you can decide for yourself, every time you feel out of place or out of sync... you can always go home or do something else, you can always stop the pain now by never giving meaning to anything. Don't feel bad about yourself, learn to adapt.
