MOTIVATION - EMBRACE EVERY PAIN AND FEAR, LIVE WITH THE MOMENT |
I know it's hard, I know it's scary but to make your life easier you just need to embrace pain and fear. Never rush, never try to become assertive, just live with the moment. Always remember that you don't need to control everything. Some things will be handled by itself. Fear and pain will always be there no matter what, you can only neutralize it by stopping thinking too much and just go with the flow.
Pain and fear is just a feeling, it's the same thing as lust and happiness. It's just another emotion. If you will just improve your psychology then you will never have a hard time improving your life anymore. No emotion is forever, even happiness is not forever. You can be so happy now because your crush send her sexy pictures to you but will it last forever? of course not, it can last for 30 minutes, it can last for an hour, who knows, maybe later a problem will arise and you will become sad again. You can also be sad now but can become happy right away later, emotions just come and go, it's like a roller coaster sometimes you're on top sometimes you're at the bottom.
If you will always resist fear and pain then your life will become harder, you will become depressed, you will become stressed. But if you will face it and feel it peacefully... wow, you will feel amazing in just a matter of time. Embracing everything may it be good or bad will give you peace, it will make your life so much better.
ALWAYS THINK THAT PAIN WILL MAKE YOU STRONGER
Pain will make you a better person, it will make you tougher if you will only study the deeper meaning of it. Don't be scared of pain, embrace it, it's ok if you are scared... just stay calm and have peace with any kind of situation. You're in a win win situation if you're in pain because you will learn something from it. For example, if you're too much in pain now and you're getting sick because of drinking too much alcohol... you will learn a lesson. You will not drink alcohol anymore, you will become more disciplined, you will learn how to think right and do what is best for you. You will make good decisions next time. So be happy if there is pain in your life and look for the lesson that it can give you, there is always a lesson from it.
It's either it makes you stronger or make you worse. The choice is always yours baby, your situation will become worse if you act negatively, if you don't do the right thing. Some people once they know that they are sick... they will make themselves sick even more, they will not take care of themselves, in their minds they were already sick so what is the use of taking care of their bodies. They will not avoid what is not allowed to them, they will act like they have to enjoy their lives before it's over so they will do what is fun but not healthy, what a stupid approach in life.
Some people will become scared once they feel that there is a danger. They will not embrace the fear, embracing fear is letting go, it means you don't care about what will happen next you will simply enjoy what is going on with your life. It's up to you, are you going to use fear and pain to your advantage or are you going to let it kill you little by little.
Despite of fear move anyway. Just move and do the right thing, you know what is right, you know what will work or not. You can always take actions and find something to do if you're scared, you can make an improvement. You can improve your body, you can improve your financial status, you can improve your life, you can improve your mind... it's all about doing some small steps that will somehow give a little improvement to your situation. If you will not move then you will always be in danger, your life will be wasted... as simple as that. You need to move and be hopeful all the time, you need to move and do something for your life. Just look at yourself, look deep inside of you, it's fear that is making life difficult for you.
Fear is just a signal that you have to move, you have to decide fast and do something that will put you on a better position. Fear simply means you are being stagnant and complacent, you need to do something about it or else it will be harder for you later. Just feel it and live with the moment, feel it little by little and it will be gone, stay calm, stay still... never rush things because calmness is very powerful... it will make you think the right way and do the right things. The calmer you are the stronger you will be. To be in control, have peace with what is going on. Never walk away from any kind of situation, face it, live with it and never try to control everything.
Embracing something will make it weak, just like your mom that was so angry at you... if you embrace her then she will become weak, her anger will lessen a little bit. Embracing something means you are offering peace, you are letting go. Once you embrace it... greater situations will come, courage will start to build, your confidence will soar high. It feels like you have nothing to lose anymore and you have everything to gain. Because fear is nothing, it is a lie, pain is just a feeling... it's a weakness leaving your body. Just be happy because you're still alive, better things are about to happen. Don't be afraid of any negative emotion because they will not stay forever. Just appreciate life, appreciate that you can move and everything will be alright.
