It's no secret anymore that your brain is your reality, thoughts creates your life. If you can't master your brain then you have no control over your life, you will be like a child lost in a park, you will never get anywhere and your life will be in complete chaos. So if you want a better life then you need to master your mind, as simple as that.
1. Exercise. Exercise will make your mind alive, those pain that you are feeling will stretch your mind, it will give you mental toughness to endure pain. Exercise will make you feel happy, it will make you forget all of your problems. You will feel happier and and more successful because you are moving and doing something. Exercise will make you think, your mind is battling if you're going to do it or not and you will do it if you want your mind to become healthy. Just do something, if you can walk then just walk, if you can run then just run... do something to make yourself active. If your body is moving then your mind is getting stronger. You can master your brain through exercise, you will see a different dimension of it.
2. Meditation. Close your eyes and watch your breathing, breathe slowly, breathe nicely. Stay cool, calm and relaxed. Meditation will remove all the worries and fears,it will make you think right during the pressure times. Meditation will give you a different power, it will give you peace during war. Meditate for 5-10 minutes a day and you will master your mind, everything will feel easy for you. It's easy, just close your eyes and inhale and exhale, there is no perfection here, there is no perfect meditation.. just do it and your mind will have peace during pressure times, do it so your mind will become tougher and durable.
3. Stop thinking. If you can't think positively then stop thinking at all, don't think. A not thinking mind is better than a crowded mind, don't think and your natural self will come out during those difficult hours. Try this just for once... if your mind is having a war inside... just stop thinking and you will feel much much better. Let your mind rest for a while, don't use it, give it some time to recover. Even if you have a problem or the situation is pressuring you too much... stop thinking, don't do anything. Let your mind be totally detached from what's going on.
4. Disconnect from reality. If your reality now is so hard and you feel that the world is punishing you... disconnect from it, totally don't think about it, don't do anything, rest for a while and start solving it later. You need to make yourself believe that you're alright and nothing bad will happen to you. This is life, this is just a game, if you're having a hard time now it doesn't mean that you're going to live like that forever. Disconnect from reality and create your own reality... that's how to change your life. You can ignore your problem and start something that will make your life better. You have the power to choose.
5. Visualize. Visualize what you want to happen. Visualization is more effective if you're using it during the hard times. Close your eyes and imagine that what you want is already happening in your life. The more you repeat something inside of your head the more it will likely to happen. Believe in the power of visualization because what is happening inside of your head is what is happening in your reality. Your mind is very powerful, you can either visualize pain and negativity or you can visualize power and success. It's all up to you, what you think will affect your life so don't be afraid to dream, don't be afraid to look at what you want. Put good images into your head and it will be attracted to you.
6. Ignore what you hate. For sure there are some things that you hate the most. You must develop the ability to ignore all of it. If you can ignore it then it will no longer have power over you. Just like the traffic, most people hate it, most people were cursing it but if you will just ignore it then it's just like a normal day, it's just like living your life and focusing on what makes you feel good, if it doesn't make you feel good then ignore it right away. If you hate it then don't think about it, don't waste your energy for it. Ignore that feeling, ignore that thought, ignore that emotion... It's possible if you will do whatever it takes to get it.
FOCUS ON YOUR BRAIN
Always be aware if what you're thinking is positive or negative. Your mind is like a magnet, it is attracting what it is producing. So always be aware if you're being negative because it will shape your reality. Focus on your brain and keep feeding it the right thoughts that will make you successful and much better.
Always keep in mind that the right investment starts in your brain, if your brain is full of worries and fear then you will never succeed, you will get sick, you will fail, you will attract negativity. But if your mind is wired for success and abundance then you will also get it, it's hard to believe especially if you can't see results but that's all you can do. If you will not believe then nothing good will happen to you.
YOU CAN STRETCH YOUR BRAIN, IT HAS NO LIMITS
You can stretch your brain as much as you can, it has no limits, you can think whatever you want, you can put a lot of good information to it that will make your life better. It is powerful, trust your mind and everything impossible can be done. Never think that you're not good enough, never think that you're not capable of achieving something great. If you will just use your mind wisely then you will have everything you need in life, as simple as that. Be in a state of abundance, be in a state of appreciation, always think that you're winning even if you're losing, always think that you're progressing even if you're struggling, always think that you are getting powerful even if you're weakening. You can use the power of your mind everyday, it has no limits, it will give you everything you need just focus on what you want and ignore all the things that you don't want.
YOU HAVE AN UNLIMITED PUSH
You can push as much as you can, you can make your situation better and better, it's all in your hand, it's all in your mind, you can start something and take it to the highest level. Just be consistent, just work hard, use the right thoughts to elevate yourself from the ground. You can push today, you can push tomorrow, you can push forever. It's up to you how are you going to use your mind, you can use it to squeeze a good life or you can use it to make your life worse. However you use your mind... it will give you an equivalent output. Look at those people who complain too much... they are getting the same ugly results everyday. Pushing your mind has a lot of benefits, don't let it become rusty, don't let it become weak. You can make it strong to your advantage, you can be whoever you want to be if you will just use 100 percent of your mind. So push yourself to the limits and just see what is possible.
