What happened happens, it is there for a reason, it is there because it was suppose to happen. It's scary, it's overwhelming but don't ever get stunned easily... it's just another problem and you can always find a solution how to get away from it, sometimes you don't even need to do something all you need to do is stay calm and you will find a way how to solve it. Always stay still, what is happening now will soon go away, be in the moment and think slow. Don't think fast, don't rush, be in a slow motion and just take it step by step.

What scares you is just another simple situation, it's just another day... why will you be scared of it? if it can't kill you then don't be afraid of it. Be general, just remember that life is simply about living, it's not about being perfect... it's simply about living.

YOU CAN HOLD ON TO THAT FEAR

What you do not know is you can hold on to that fear for so long. You can feel scared but still you are alright, there is nothing wrong with that feeling, you're just a human being and you're not suppose to be brave everyday. There is no human being that is fearless, even the most bravest ones feel fear most of the time. The only difference is they were comfortable in feeling any kind of fear and they move anyway. It's just a feeling, if you can understand the deeper meaning of it then your life will be much better. You can be scared forever and still succeed, it's just a matter of fighting it and not giving up, it's just a matter of feeding your beliefs more than you feed your fears. You can hold on to any kind of negative feeling for as long as you know that it is not there to stay forever and you are still in control no matter what.

DON'T GET STUNNED EASILY

Always remember that there is always something you can do, you can always move despite of feeling that fear, if you get stunned then your mind will freeze, you will never be able to think anymore, you can not even move your hands and feet. Don't get overwhelmed with a situation that you haven't experience before, all you have to do is stay calm and take the necessary actions you needed. For example, if there is a person bullying you... don't get stunned quickly, just stay calm and be ready for anything, you don't need to talk, you don't need to get loud, just think about what matters most into your life. If the bully doesn't deserve any attention then just ignore him, just laugh and that bully will become weak. Walk away if you can, you don't need to dwell with things that are not important, you have a good life and you can live much better if you will focus on the best things in your life.

If there is a huge financial problem that comes into your life, let's say one of your family members got sick and millions is needed for the hospital bill... don't get stunned, there is a solution for that, you can find a way if you will stay calm and do something about it.

SLOW MOTION WILL ELIMINATE FEAR

If you're not rushing nor panicking then fear will go away. Be on a slow pace, never rush things nor get hysterical. There is a solution for everything, just take a deep breathe and do something about it. Fear will become bigger and bigger if you procrastinate and just wait for things to happen, always remember that you have to keep moving to build courage.Little by little you will find a solution for everything, there is a way, all you need to do is look for it and never stop working. So take it slowly but still keep moving forward, take consistent actions, fear can never stop you if you will not allow it, it's just another emotion that runs in your body, it will become powerless if you will decide to take matters into your own hands.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU CAN'T MOVE ANYMORE?

You can only move again if you are aware that you're already stunned, the best thing to do is detached yourself from that difficult situation, take a deep breathe and think slowly, once you feel a little comfortable then go back to that problem and do what is needed. If you can't move then it means your mind was fully occupied by fear, you let fear run your system. You need to do something about it, move, just do something... fake courage and tell to yourself that you will do something even if you get a lot of pain by doing it. Because that's they only choice you have, you need a bold act, you need to make yourself believe that there is something you can do about it, you need to fight back. You're a fighter, always think about that, always think that you will never give up that easily.

FOCUS ON THE MOVEMENT

Focus on taking actions every now and then, never focus on what you can't do because that will make the situation worse. Focus on what you can do, as simple as that. If you're moving then courage will start to build up little by little, you will feel better, you will feel braver than before. Because your mind will stop entertaining worries, it will start to feel hopeful. The game plan is very easy... just move and fight back, never quit and never take any second for granted. You need to own your mind, run it... never let it run by fears, doubts or worries. You can always choose to be courageous, you can always choose to take matters into your own hands. Have fun doing something, that is the best way to beat fear, have fun even if you're struggling, have fun even if you're not so sure that you're going to succeed.
