What makes people suffer even more is complains and excuses, people were so dramatic and full of crap. They can't be thankful of what they have, they don't want to do something about their situation. They will complain about their jobs, the government, economy, environment, religion, race, friends... they can't appreciate anything anymore. If you will just change your complaints to appreciation then you will have a better life for sure, there are millions of reasons to be thankful all you need to do is look around you. If you will practice the attitude of gratitude then your life will become so much easier, you will feel better and you will be able to attract the best things in life.

JUST TRY THIS FOR ONE MONTH

No complaints, no excuses... just try this for one month, never think about negativity, just appreciate everything in your life, stop being negative, stop being so dramatic, don't focus on what you want and just focus on what you want. Don't at people that you don't want, don't look at what you don't want to happen, replace complaints and excuses with action. Force yourself to take action and keep moving forward no matter what. Your life will become easier if you will just move forward and do your best. It's easier to complain, it's easier to get negative and look at the bad sides in your life but the question is... what are you doing to make your life a little bit better? you're wasting your time and energy for things that will only make your life worse. You need to focus for one month if you really want to change your life, you need to give your best, you need to do whatever it takes to change your life. It's not going to be easy but it's the only way to make your life a little bit better, keep progressing and never stop, always stay on the positive lane and never change directions.

And once you surpass the one month... you can do it forever, your attitude will change completely. You will never make excuses anymore, you will do it your way, you will never complain, you will take matters into your own hands, you will never see the negative things around you, you will only see opportunity and abundance. Sometimes you will still might want to complain but you will manage to stop yourself and just focus on what you can control.

PROGRAM YOUR MIND FOR THE BETTER GOOD

Visualize everyday, only think about the things that you want to happen in your life. Focus your thoughts and energy to things that will make you feel good and will give you some progress. Feed your mind the right energy, feed it the right thoughts that will make you successful. Never think about the things that will only make you feel bad and sick. Always remember that your mind is the most powerful weapon that you can have, if you will not make it strong then your life will become miserable and weak.

One month of no complains and excuses is a very good idea to make your life better, it is the start of change, it is the start of having a good life. Do it and see the small transformation day by day, you will become more happier and focused, you will feel something that you haven't felt before. It's all in the mind, if your mind is full of negativity then your life will also become negative. Make the process simple... just make your mind healthy and never think about the things, people or events that you don't want to encounter.

MAKE IT A HABIT

Your habit defines your destiny, if it's your habit to cater negative thoughts everyday then your life will become negative, if you make a lot of excuses everyday then that will be your life... full of excuses and disappointments. But if you will make it a habit to think about positive thoughts everyday then it will be easier for you to do it everyday. Once it is your habit then it will be in your system forever, it will be hard for you to remove it. So if you're focused on being great then just build a habit of greatness, never complain, never make excuses and just do it. Become one with it, embody it... make it your life, make it your culture. Good habits are hard to build but easy to destroy, bad habits are easy to build but hard to get rid of. So once you created that good habit... take care of it and never let go of it, hold it, be proud of it and make it your identity. Discipline yourself to survive the good habits everyday so it will never leave your system anymore.

ONE MONTH IS FAST

One month is fast, the first week is the hardest but once you manage to become consistent for one week then you will complete the one month trial without thinking about negativity or complaining. Time is fast, you will never even notice it, just keep going and keep disciplining yourself. Because if you will not do it then you will never experience a change. There will be a stress, there will be a discomfort but it is only part of the process, it's part of the journey. Go all in, be decisive, if you will do it then there is no more turning back, you can't make excuses anymore, forget about those lame excuses and just stick with the process. You will never get results as fast as you are expecting it but for sure you will get it.

Once you find yourself being negative again... shift to positive state right away, never dwell on the things that you don't want because it will keep on amplifying the more you put an energy and focus on it. Enjoy the process, enjoy being positive, keep yourself motivated and keep embracing the pain because transformation is happening every time you feel it. It will really become so uncomfortable but I will repeat this over and over gain... there will be no growth if there is no stress.
