5 DIFFERENT EXERCISES THAT WILL MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT FAST

Everyone is looking for an exercise that will give them a perfect body. What your fitness trainer is not telling you is... everyone has a different anatomy. Some methods will work for you and some won't. Some fitness trainer were even lying so you will continue to hire them and buy their products, some were manipulative so be careful, you will know that a fitness trainer is for real if he's not selling you any brand or subscriptions.

Anyway enough of those frauds trainers, I have here the most basic exercises that if you do everyday will make you achieve a perfect body. Make sure to stretch or do some basic yoga before doing any exercise so that you will avoid getting injured. Don't jump right away if you're not yet a regular exerciser.

1. Burpees. This is a combination of push up and then jump, repeat this over and over again until your lungs feel like exploding. This will make you burn a lot of calories, burpees is the best overall exercise that will make you sweat like a maniac. Do 100-200 burpees everyday and you will see the change in your body in just 4 weeks. This is hard but if you really want to sweat a lot and burn a lot of calories then you should try this. Anyone can do this, just push up once and then follow it with a jump right away then repeat over and over again. Any amateur can do this, even the baby can do this, all it takes is discipline and the willingness to repeat.

If it is your first time to try burpees then make 10-15 first then rest for a minute or two then try again. Make sure you will sweat, I am telling you... it really feels good once your heart pumps so fast, you will feel the progress right away. Burpees is a popular exercise used by crossfit trainers, you're not a real crossfit junkie if you're not doing this everyday. It burns a lot of calories in your body and it will make your arms and hips every strong. I use this exercise when I was preparing for a basketball competition and I dominate my opponents the whole game, a lot of players impressed they were even asking for my autograph.

2. Sprinting. Sprinting is one of the old school exercises that are proven to make anyone lose weight and fats. The idea here is to run as fast as you can and then make your heart beat so fast, once you can't take it anymore... jog for a few seconds or minutes depending on your level until you catch your breathe then run very fast again. Do it for at least 20 times. Run fast then jog then run fast again, make sure you will use all of your energy while sprinting, give your 100 percent so you will get better results. It is 20x more effective than jogging. Jogging is just a warm up, it's for grand pas and grand mas, don't ever get satisfied with jogging because it will give you smaller results.

Sprinting helps you burn fats quickly, this is use by Daniel Courmier during his weight cut for a UFC light heavyweight championship and it gives him an advantage to his opponent.

3. Push ups. Push ups is almost a complete exercise. It is just a lower level version of burpees. Do 200 push ups a day and you will get amazing results. You can start in 100 but do 200-500 if it's the only exercise that you want to do.  Your abs will contract, you will lose belly fat. Make sure you will do full push ups not just half push ups, you need to feel the pain if you want to gain. Do this for 3 months straight and come back to me if you didn't get any results, I will shut down this blog right away. Trust me... you will feel like a bully once you made 100-200 push ups a day, you will feel stronger than other people. It's one of the hardest exercises in the world that's why only 2 out of 100 people do this everyday. If you want to become different then do this everyday and you will see the difference.

4. Shadow boxing and kicking. You don't need a trainer to do this just punch and kick in the air however you want it. Make sure you will punch with all your might, make sure you will kick with bad ass intentions. You can mix it up, 2 straight punches then one kick. Use both legs while kicking, left right left right, there is no right or wrong here. You are not trying to become a UFC fighter you are just making your body great so kick as many as you can and punch as many as you can with all your power. You can even add some footworks like Muhammad Ali to make the process more fun.

This is very easy, even a child can do it so stop making excuses that it is hard. You don't even need a teacher to tell you how to punch or quick, it's a natural instinct of a person. Just punch then kick, repeat a thousand times each day and you will achieve optimal results.

5. Yoga. If you want to look more classy and impress your friends with the routine that you are doing... do yoga. This is easy, there is a basic level and an advance level. My advise is to stick with the basic level first so you won't get injured, once you got bored with the basic level then it's time to upgrade. You don't need a yoga mat or yoga instruction here. If you really want it then you will do it without any extra money taking elements. Just watch some videos on you tube, there are millions of it. All of them were exactly the same. Just make sure to subscribe to Kino McGregor, she is an expert yoga teacher and she's not arrogant, she has basic and advance videos. She explain it very well and you will never get lost while following her. Dog style position, dolphin position, warrior pose... she has it all and all of them were fun.

Do any of these 5 exercises everyday and you will achieve big result. You can combine any of them, the key here is consistency. DO it for 3-5 months without stopping and you will become successful. Your ex girlfriend will kneel in front of you and beg at you, she will ask you to make love with you again.
