Worrying is one of the most difficult problem that most people are experiencing nowadays, they worry everyday, they worry about the things that they cannot control. Even if nothing is threatening them... they still fear that something bad is going to happen. Worrying will poison your mind, it will make you paranoid, never worry too much if you don't want to go crazy. You will attract negative things and you will hallucinate... you will see things that are not even real, you will begin to create stories inside of your head that will not help the situation.

1. LET GO OF CONTROL. Don't try to control everything, the more you do it the more you lose your power, you will develop a paranoia by always doing it. Controlling means you're not in control, controlling means you are not free and you don't want to trust life, you are always seeing the lack in something or someone. Let go of it and you will see how your life will change. Trying to control everything will only make you stressed because you will always think about what might go wrong. All you can do is control your mind and emotions.

2. STOP BEING A PERFECTIONIST. Life is not suppose to be perfect. What makes the life spicier is imperfection. If you will be a perfectionist then you will always see the flaws in everything, you will always see what is not working. If you will just go with the flaw then your worries will all go away. You can never achieve perfection, you can even never become close to it. Nobody is perfect in this world, all you can do is give your very best and that's it. Everything is cool, sometimes you don't need to change anything, you don't need to complicate something. Just relax, focus on what is working, focus on the momentum and never try to make something perfect because the moment you see something that is a little bit ugly... you will go hysterical right away, you will lose your mind.

3. DON'T BE AFRAID TO MAKE MISTAKES. Making mistakes only means that you're just a human. Sometimes it is not really a mistake, you just think that you are wrong that's why you feel that it's a mistake and it turns out to be a real mistake. It's all in your mind, if you will just move forward and do what you need to do then you will feel much better. Making mistakes is the best teacher that you can ever have so don't be afraid of it. Yeah sometimes you will learn the hard way but it's ok at least you still learn something. Don't be afraid to make mistakes because you can still figure it out in the end, you can always correct it.

4. BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF NOW. Always be in the moment, what will happen will happen. All you can do is stay present and be willing to adjust and improvise if you need to. Stop worrying about the future, life is happening now. Even if something is going wrong... don't worry about it, just laugh at it because it will be fixed naturally. Everything will flow, nothing will go wrong forever, the universe will correct it by itself.

5. THINK THAT YOU ARE NOBODY. Stop taking are of your identity. You are worried if people will not respect you, you are worried if they will not treat you right, you are worried if you will not be given any attention. The only question is... who do you think you are? Even if you're a president or something... you are not a God, you are not immortal, one day you're going to die to so stop thinking about your legacy, identity or greatness. You're just a human being, you don't deserve to be respected by everyone, what you are getting now is ok, never think that you're special or else that will create a lot of worries inside of your head.

6. EMBRACE THE STRESS. A stress is just a feeling, sometime you are worried because you don't want to get uncomfortable. But if you will embrace the stress and just deal with it then you will feel lighter, you will no longer be afraid of any kind of situation. There is a growth in stress so don't ever be afraid of it, the more you resist it the more it will become bigger, you will worry even more.

7. PREPARE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.  If you are prepared then your worries will go away. Just like a student that is prepared for his exam... he will not be afraid of any questions because he studied, he is so confident that he is going to past. Rehearse as much as you can, practice as much as you can and visualize. If you are prepared for a war you will have weapons, you will have defense, your worries will be lessen.

8. STOP THINKING. If there are lot of crowded thoughts going on inside of your head then just don't think at all. Your reality is based on your thoughts, if you have a crowded mind then you will have an ugly reality, don't think if you need to, life is simple don't over complicate it, stop overthinking because what will happen will happen.

9. JUST APPRECIATE LIFE. Be general, just appreciate life. If you will think that life is too short and you need to worry is how to breathe then you will feel lighter. Life is so good, you don't need to worry about it, you will get what you deserve, you will get what you want if you put the time and effort. Just appreciate that you are still alive because it's the best thing that you can do.

10. STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHER PEOPLE. Once you see that someone is doing better than you.. you will feel worried, you will feel weak, you will feel that you're not good enough. But if you will just focus on your own journey and not look at other people's business then you will feel much stronger and at peace. So what if they were better than you? does it make a difference? Accept yourself and just keep growing everyday, you don't need to worry if other people were progressing fast and you're slow, you have your own pace and timing, your time will come one day, just give your best and you will be alright.

11. STOP JUDGING. Judging other people will make you feel that you are being judged too. What goes around comes around, it will be your Karma, stop being judgemental because that will never help you. Stop judging the situation and thinking that it's too hard, just do it. Stop judging that other people are not doing their role properly because you will also think about that for yourself, it will create more worries in your life. Just play it cool, just play it nice and everything will be alright.

12. FORGE THE PAST. Your ugly past... the more you think of it the more you will worry. The mistakes that you did, the embarrassments, the failures... it will make you think that it might happen again. Well it can happen again because everything is possible but will it help you if you will always think about it? forget the past, you're living in the now, it feels so much better if you will only think about what you can do. You're a different person now, you're much better now, past is just a history.

13. STOP BEING TOO SENSITIVE. Exercise your mind to stop being sensitive. Never let a small critic or mockery make you worried, never let a small problem make you go crazy. Life is full of randomness, you don't need to be sensitive all the time because you will always think about that small problem every now and then, accept that life is not about rainbows and butterflies, it is tough but you need to become tougher if you want to survive.

14. NEVER LOOK FOR COMFORT. Life is not suppose to be comfortable all the time. Life will become much easier if you will just accept the traffic, difficult projects, hard work that you need to put if, focus that you must exert, sacrifice, discipline and any other uncomfortable things. You don't need comfort at all because it's for the weak, the more you make yourself uncomfortable the more you will get comfortable, always looking for comfort will only make you worried everyday. Always remember that you don't own anything, one day it will be taken away from you... just live life even if it's too uncomfortable.

15. FOCUS ON BEING FAST. Be fast BUT don't rush. If you're a fast mover, if you're a fast decision maker then your worries will all go away, you will never think about mistakes, lack and weakness anymore. You will just do what is necessary and enjoy the ride.

16. FOCUS ON TAKING ACTIONS. Always taking actions will make you forget about the time, it will make you forget about your bad situation. Instead of not doing anything why not do something that is more productive? it will make you feel good, idleness will create worries and fears, actions will create confidence and abundance.

17. STOP THINKING ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE. What they say and think of you is none of your business, let them talk, let them criticize you. What matters is you follow your heart and you didn't let them get inside of your head, if you're thinking about what other people might say then you are not being yourself, you are not following your intuition, you are letting them control your life and that will create more worries because you will always try to impress them, you will never be able to express yourself anymore.

18. STOP LISTENING TO OTHER PEOPLE. A lot of people will manipulate your mind, they will give you information that you don't like that will make you weak, sad and slow. Some people are just there to frustrate you and confuse you, always follow your heart, follow your game plan and never change your mindset.

19. BE READY FOR THE OUTCOME. Always be ready for the results, it may look good, it may look bad but don't worry... you are still alive, you can still become happy. What matters is you try and you do everything you can, and even if you didn't give your very best, at least you exert an effort. Any outcome is good, accept it and you will be able to change it. Stop worrying if you look like a loser or bad, it is what it is, just do your best next time and never stop trying. The best thing is you try and you didn't take your life for granted, you grab the opportunity presented and you do what you can do, sometimes it will not go on your way but it's ok, if it is yours then it is yours, if not then just cheer up because there are plenty of opportunities waiting for you.

20. JUST BREATHE. Just breathe and you will be alright, life is all about breathing. You don't need anything in life, it's too simple, you are the only one complicating it. So what if you fail? just give your very best and that's it, don't waste anytime and that's it. Breathing will take away the stiffness in your body, it will make you feel good and relaxed. Just breathe every time you are scared and all of those fears will go away.

21. STOP COMPLAINING. Complaining too much will create worries, if you complain now you will complain again tomorrow, it will be ingrained into your mind, you will always see what you wanted to change, you will worry about how are you going to feel if you see what you don't like again. Complaining is for the losers, why will you complain if you can do some better things in your life? if you have no intention of doing something about it then don't complain because it will only create a negative thought that you will always repeat everyday.

22. TAKE IT ONE STEP AT A TIME. Just take this step and finish it and then focus on the next one. You can take it slowly but don't every get lazy. Taking it one step at a time will give you confidence, you will be less overwhelmed and you will feel good about the journey.

23. NEVER LOOK TO FINISH FAST. Never try to fast forward the moment. Just like a partner who is rushing their wedding day so they can rest already, more worries will grow in their system, it's because they are always trying to finish fast, if you have this kind of mindset then you will be troubled by little things that you think is not right, the process will become more slow. Just live with the moment and be happy that you are experiencing something.

24. Always think that you already succeeded. Success is only inside of your head, if you think that you're already successful and you honestly feel that way then you're already successful, as simple as that. If you feel good about what is happening then there is nothing else to worry about. Trick your mind, always think about successful thoughts and small success that you accomplished today and all of your worries will soon go away.

25. ACCEPT THAT YOU CAN ONLY GO FURTHER. You can go far but you can only go further. You have limits too, the most important thing is you push yourself to the limits. If it's all you can do then accept it and just be proud of it.
