Confidence come and go, it's not something that will stay in your system forever. If you're winning you will feel confident, if everything was smooth you will feel really great. But when you're losing you will feel bad, you will lose your confidence. Humiliation, embarrassment and failure will make you feel low, you will never trust yourself anymore. You lose confidence because you got hurt, part of you was damaged, that disappointment made you think lowly of yourself. You never trust yourself anymore, you think that you can't do it anymore, you quit and you just want to do nothing.

But don't worry because you can bring that confidence again, I will share you some tips and if you follow all of it then you will become very confident again, you will become a king again and you will never lose that confidence again once another big rock hits you along the way. It's very easy all you have to do is follow these steps and you will begin to trust yourself again, you will never feel low again anymore and you will know how to approach any situation that might hit your confidence.

1. Forget the past. Forget all the past in your life, forget that embarrassment from your friends, forget that your boss shouted you, forget that you lose, forget that you miss the last shot, forget that you fail the subject, forget that a girl rejects you, forget that people were laughing at you because you're doing the right thing, forget that you bummed on stage, forget that you forgot the lyrics. What is done is done, you can never change it anymore. Past is just a history, now is what you need to focus on, if you focus on the now then you're already in control.

2. Never think that you're great. Sometimes you think that you're entitled of something great, you think you're great and when you fail... you're hurt too much, you think that you're not allowed to make mistakes because you have a big name. Just think that you're just an ordinary person allowed to make a lot of mistakes in your life. Greatness puts pressure, it makes you conservative, it makes you concerned about your name, you are being careful and you are not expressive anymore. Greatness is for people who doesn't care at all, if you want to become great then never care.

3. Forget about winning. Just try again and forget about winning, you don't need to win all the time, what matters is you try and you give everything you can. Always thinking about winning will only give a lot of pressure on your side, just focus on the moment and forget about what might happen next. Doing is the main thing, winning is just another thing, if you will forget about winning then you will never become pressured anymore, you will just enjoy the process, you will take it step by step, you will live in the moment.

4. Focus on the process. Focus on taking actions. If you're focused on the process then you will forget that you have low confidence. Focusing on the process will make you forget about winning, it will make you forget about what happened in the past. Focusing on the process will make you entertained all the time.

5. Just treat everything as just a game. This is just a game, life is just a game, never put too much pressure in yourself because you are here to enjoy your life, you are here to play the game. If you will just think that it's not a big deal then you will feel more confident, you will feel relax and free. Always remember that it's just a game and nothing more than that, you can lose you can win, what matters is you enjoy the ride.

6. Detach from the outcome. Forget about what might happen, forget if you will look like a bum, forget if you look great or not, forget if you are losing or winning. Detach from the outcome and simply give your very best. Outcome is nothing, it's just a bonus, never think about it and just enjoy what is going on with your life.

7. Try again and don't expect anything. Try again for one more time, that will bring back your confidence, that will slowly make you braver and stronger. Try and try again until your confidence soar high again. Pull the trigger, show up, make a move... try again for one more time and never think about winning or losing.

8. Forget about your identity. Forget about your identity, you think you are special, you think you are the number one, you think you are not allowed to hurt and get hurt. If you will just forget your identity then life will become easier for you. Forget about how you look, forget about what people say at you... just do what you need to do, get what you want to get and never stop until you become confident again.

9. Face the pain. It's hard to try again, it's painful especially if you're traumatized by what happened in the past, it's scary to try again one more time because you're afraid of the pain that you might feel. Face it, that's the only way to become confident... face it like a real man, don't be afraid of it... face it and never back down from it, never shy away from it.

10. Embarrass yourself even more.If you will always embarrass yourself then you will no longer be afraid of it anymore, you will just laugh at it. People loses their confidence because of the first time embarrassment, they think that people were judging them. Don't be afraid to get judged by people, what they say doesn't matter. What matters is what you think about yourself.

11. Use your quickness. be fast, never let your mind think... just do it, if you will always think and worry then nothing will happen in your life. Just move forward every now and then, push and push and push... never let that mind entertain negativity... be fast and just let other things happen naturally.
