15 STEPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN A SANE MIND - MOTIVATION |
A still mind is power, you need to take care of your mind if you want to stay in the game. A sane mind will take you further, it will make you successful. It will make you live life to the fullest on the other hand if you're insane you will never reach your goals, you will become depressed and out of your mind, you will become weak and sick. Take care of your mind because it's your greatest weapon in life, if you will only entertain the right thoughts and cater the right ideas then you will become happier, healthier and more successful.
It all starts inside of you, it all starts in your head. If you will just always remember that thoughts are the one that shapes your reality then your life will become so much easier than before.
2. Feel. Feel the pain, feel the moment, feel everything, feel the happiness. Welcome every emotion that is running in your system and just deal with it. Never feel bad if you feel bad, never complain if you're tired, never deprive yourself from happiness. Whatever emotion you are feeling right now... feel it, don't try to change it just feel it. Don't worry because every emotion will soon go away no matter how bad or good it was. Bad emotion or good emotion.. it's not forever, feel it while it's still there because you will miss it if you can't feel it anymore.
3. Never rush. Life is not a race, success is not a race. Don't run if you only need to walk, don't walk if you only need to crawl. Just do what is needed at the moment, sometimes you don't even need to change anything at all. Just live your life and take it slowly, enjoy it while it's there, you don't need to accomplish a lot or get a lot, what you have is already enough. You can ask for more but don't ever feel bad if you can't get it all. You're going to have what you deserve, don't worry because you will be rewarded if you really work hard. Don't rush but don't slow, just play your real pace and let the rhythm sets in.
4. Accept that life is hard. Accepting that life is hard will make your life easier, don't ever wish for a comfortable life, wish for a stronger mind and body. You can endure everything, you can absorb anything, life is simply all about breathing, it doesn't say that you should be comfortable or successful. Just accept your life now and change it if you don't want it, change it slowly, don't ever look for shortcuts because it will only disappoint you in the end. Life is not suppose to be easy, that's the beauty of it, if life is comfortable then it will become very boring, you need pain and failure, you need disappointments but don't dwell on them too much. Just keep moving forward and push even if life keeps on pulling you down.
5. Work hard. Hard work will make you entertain yourself, do something, don't worry about the things that you can't change anymore. Just work hard and achieve something, work hard and reward yourself. Hard work will make you feel good about yourself, hard work will make you feel successful even if you're failing a lot, hard work is magic... it will give you everything you need.
6. Exercise. Exercise will make you feel good, you will get more testosterone and hormones that will make you happy. Exercise will give you a peace of mind, sweating is hard but once you're done you will feel a different kind of happiness, you will feel calm and at peace. Just walk, just run, do everything to make yourself sweat, you can even shadow box or invent a weird movement that will make you sweat.
7. Be patient. It takes time, everything takes time. Talking to a client takes time, courting your crush takes time, being rich takes time. If you will not be patient then you will go crazy, you will always feel bad, you need to be patient if you want to maintain a healthy mind. Patience will make you enjoy life even more because you are seeing every moment of your life, you will learn to appreciate every second.
8. Ignore the problems but solve it. Don't think about it but solve it. Do something to solve it but don't ever feel bad if you're not progressing, and the reality is... if you're doing something for it then you are solving it little by little, you may not see the progress at the moment but you will solve it if you will stay consistent and committed. All problems were solvable, no matter how big it is... it can be solved, just keep that in your mind. So every time you have a problem... just laugh at it and do something. Don't take it for granted because you will not love the results, do something about it.
9. Stop being lazy. Laziness creates insanity, the moment you become lazy there is a war going on inside of your head. Laziness will create depression it will make you weak, it will poison your mind. Choose hard work over laziness and your life will change, no need to think about anything, no need to worry... just work hard and you will feel happier than ever. Lazy people were depressed, they were the number one suicide takers because they want to move but they can't. The key is to just slap yourself in the face and just move, do something may it be mediocre or great, just start something and finish it.
10. Pursue a goal. Small or big goal.. once you achieve it you will feel happy, you will become excited, you will feel young. Repeat the small success everyday, be realistic, you can also be unrealistic if that's what you want but be ready for a long work to achieve it. Small success is easy to achieve but don't worry because you can make it bigger and bigger each day, challenge yourself if you want to become great.
11. Ignore the people that you hate. Your enemies, the people that you hated the most... they are making you crazy even if they're not doing anything to you. You keep on thinking about them, you're planning to have a revenge on them but you can't do it. The best thing is to simply ignore them and enjoy your life.
12 .Stop protecting yourself. Sometimes you are just being over protective, sometimes you don't need to do something but you are over reacting. Stop thinking that you're a victim of circumstances. Open yourself to everything that may happen. You don't need to protect yourself from things that are really not threat, you are just looking that it's a threat because you're worried and over protective too much. Don't worry if you get hurt because that pain is a lesson, that pain will make you stronger.
13. Learn to let go. If you can't change it anymore then learn to let it go. If your ex wife doesn't want to make love with you anymore then let her go, you don't need her, she doesn't need you. Never attached yourself with something strongly that it's breaking your mind little by little. Let go and change your life. If you can't play anymore because you have a severe injury... let it go, don't feel bad, there are still some other things that you can play. Thinking about it will only make you crazy and sad, it's time to let go of the things and thoughts that are not helpful anymore.
14. Love yourself. Be selfish sometimes, choose to be happy, sometimes you need to be selfish in order to become happy. It's ok to disappoint someone, it's ok to make someone feel bad, you need to do it sometimes to give yourself more time to grow and be happy. Don't feel bad if you don't grant someone's wish... it's their fault if they can't become happy.
15. Start something new. Learn something new, start something new. This will make you excited again, this will wake up the fire inside of you again. Start something new and finish it, be great at it so you will be entertained and you will forget all of your problems.
