MOTIVATION - JUST A RANDOM ACTION TOWARDS YOUR GOAL

You don't always need to be in order, sometimes you don't feel like doing some steps in your process. It's ok just do it later but don't ever waste your time. Look for some steps that will help and do it, whatever you can think of that will help you reach your goal... do it. For example, if you're aiming to become an athlete... just do a random action, just situps or pushups or run fast, do it now, you can always do something, stop being too perfect... do something that will improve your strength and then follow through. The idea here is to kill laziness right away, the purpose of this is to free your mind from thinking about what to do. The more you think the more you will become lazy. So just do something that is out of your plan and make the momentum stronger. Once you're settled and you already have a momentum, you can do what is planned, you can go back to your normal routine.

THAT'S HOW TO TRAIN YOUR MIND

Your mind is always making excuses every now and then. It's always looking for an easy way out. You need to move fast before your mind thinks so that you can avoid procrastination and being lazy. Stop looking for perfection, you need to keep moving all the time if you want to hold success in your hands. Training your mind is essential to success, the momentum starts there, if your mind is always thinking about what to do it will end up doing nothing. Mind is a very powerful thing, it ca make you or break you, it depends on what thoughts you put into it. Train your mind and make it strong and your life will change. Make decisions fast, if you're going to do it then do it, if you're not going to do it then stop thinking about it and do something else that is also productive. The problem why you're not progressing is you're so full of crappy thoughts, you always over think, you always hesitate. Start now and do something about it. Train your mind and you will be able to train your body, your body is just a slave to your mind, whatever you are thinking of... it will become your reality.

ALWAYS GUARD YOUR PRODUCTIVITY

Every time you feel like you're being lazy or something... do something. Do something that is related to your goal or something that will make your life better... as simple as that. Never let your mind worry, never let it entertain negativity. You will only become a negative person if you're not doing something productive. Laziness is next to ugliness, if you want to turn your life around then you need to keep moving forward, you need to throw away all of your garbage habits that is making you slow and weak. Just staying active will get the job done. Just staying on the grind will give you results, just be patient and you will get something.

NEVER BELIEVE THAT YOU'RE TIRED

Of course you're not tired, a 4-6 hours sleep is already helpful, what makes you tired is because you want more sleep, you don't want to wake up early. You're daydreaming a lot on your bed, you're cuddling your laziness and you're nurturing procrastination again. You have a lot of energy, what makes you slow is your habits. You have those lazy habits, it is in your system, the only way to get rid out of it is to keep moving and stop waiting. Never wait for the right time, never believe in the word later, once you wake up.... stand up right away and do something. Don't go back to bed, don't go back daydreaming because time is running, it's critical to start fast if you want your day to become productive. It's all in your head, being over fatigued is all in your mind, you will become more tired if you keep taking rest. You can rest when you're done, you still have a mission and a goal so keep moving forward all the time

JUST DO SOMETHING NEVER PAUSE!

Just do something, stop looking around before you start... start it now and finish it fast! remember that speed is the name of the game, if you're fast then you will finish a lot of things. It feels good to be fast, you will be able to build the life that you dreamed of. Never pause, train your body and mind to keep moving around. Waiting game is the game of losers, staying active and hustling is the game of winners. It's all about moving forward and nothing else. Fall in love with taking action and you will discover how powerful you are, you will see a lot of your potential. It's better to be doing something and making a little progress than not doing anything at all. You can rest but never rest too much, you can stop but only when you're done, you can never stop if you're not finished yet. And even if your job is already 50 percent done... you still can't stop, keep moving forward all the time and stay in command.

EVERY ACTION IS THE RIGHT ACTION, THERE ARE NO MISTAKES HERE

What you are doing now is the right thing, if it is related to your goal and self development... it is the right thing. There are no mistakes here if your intention is right. And even if you're really wrong... you can still correct it, it's better to see what is wrong or right by taking actions rather than guessing all the time and over thinking but not doing anything. SO push yourself to take actions now, it will be a lot of fun. Destroy the laziness and keep improving all the time. You have what it takes to become successful, all you need to be is become unstoppable. Success will come in the end, don't worry about it, for as long as you're moving everyday... you will become successful.

ALWAYS THINK THAT ACTION CREATES HAPPINESS

Keep that in your mind that action creates happiness, what builds loneliness and depression is laziness. Because every time you procrastinate... that is when negative thoughts come, that is when your mind is being blackened and poisoned. Do something now and you will become happy. It's easy to create happiness, just focus on your journey and keep doing one positive thing at a time, it's too simple, just be patient and never rush things.
