Your life is all about what you are thinking now, what you are doing now, what are you aiming now. As simple as that, it's a combination of what's running in your system. It's all about in the present moment, you may suck in the past but you can get better today if you will just change your thoughts and behaviors. It's all about what you are focusing on today, you can jump from being a bum to a good person. Nothing can stop you if you will. You're the only one who is stopping yourself because you are entertaining thoughts that are unhealthy and making you useless. You need to make yourself stronger though positive affirmations and agreeing with your decisions.
JUST FIND A WAY, GIVE YOURSELF A CHANCE
You're not acting right, you're not thinking right because you don't believe in yourself. You're so doubtful and you're already predicting that you're going to lose. And that's why you're lazy, less creative, slow and not pushing yourself. You have to believe that every action is the right action. Being stuck is just a perspective, if you can make yourself believe that you are progressing then you are progressing, enjoy the process and just go further as much as you can. Be fast and never wait for anything before you move, you have to take matters into your own hands, force yourself to just do it no matter what. Break the resistance with speed and boldness, break your old pattern by working harder than yesterday and thinking differently. Change your mindset, change your routine, you have to think bigger and believe stronger, you have to really go to the extreme and never mind if you are right, repetitive or wrong. At the end of the day you really need to work as hard as you can if you want to win in life.
FOCUS ON THE POSITIVES
Just focus on the positives, don't worry about what's going to happen next. Focus on hope, possibilities, greatness, success, affirmations, positive chances and positive people. Stop focusing on the negative because it's just a waste of time and energy. It's easy to get drown with negatives but how does that help you? how the hell will you get better with that? Positive thinking will make you more creative and abundant, it will open close doors, it will guide you to the right path. A negative thinking will suck up your energy and will make you weak, it will make you emotional in a bad way. It's better to become a positive person than a negative person. It's hard to focus on the positive side of life but it is possible to do it.
YOU DON'T NEED ANY ADVICE
just focus on your goal and try to reach it with all your might. With all your strength and tenacity, claim it. Because taking their advices will only confuse your mind, never take advice especially from the inexperience ones. Always remember that it is your life, it is your journey, you can never go wrong if you follow your heart. Believe in yourself, if you're really working hard and giving your all then you have the right to believe in yourself. Just stay consistent with taking actions and you're good. After all it is your journey, you can never go wrong if you're enjoying it and doing your best to make it something special. Mistakes is just part of the game, it is part of your life.
MAKE A STAND FOR WHAT YOU DECIDE
If you decide not to waste time today, make a stand for it. If you decide not to smoke a cigarette today, make a stand for it. If you say you're going to discipline yourself, you need to stop breaking your word because by doing that your confidence and trust in yourself will go down. When you say you will stop something, really stop it. Stop being a punk, stop being a clown that has no direction. Discipline will make you stronger mentally and physically, it will make you sharper and more effective, you have have nothing to lose when you discipline yourself. You didn't lose anything when you stop watching TV, you didn't lose anything when you pass on parties, you didn't lose anything when you stop pampering yourself. You are gaining a lot every time you practice delayed gratification.
You can't blame anyone or anything about your failures. Always remember that what you think and what you do is what you become. Make an in inventory of your past and you will see that you're the culprit of your own failure, there is no one else to blame but you. You can make yourself a beast if you will just work insanely hard and believe in yourself, it's too simple, just don't be lazy and stop thinking negatively. Always pull the trigger and never hold yourself back, always try to build yourself so you won't become a negative person. Because the number one reason why you're negative is you're not focusing on your own life, you're too focused on what other people are doing.
HOW TO BECOME COURAGEOUS A LITTLE BIT
It's too simple, just a little bit of an effort is all you need. Practice a little bit, study a little bit, prepare a little bit. Do 100 push ups everyday and let's see if you can't imagine yourself fighting a bully. Study english everyday and let's see if you're still afraid of an interview. Courage and bravery doesn't come out in flash, you need to build it through fire, there is so much sacrifice needed. So if you're working so hard and trying to build yourself then you will have bigger courage. The longer the preparation, the harder the sacrifice the bigger your courage will be. All you need to do is look for something that will upgrade yourself, all you have to do is exert an effort and you will be good, as simple as that. You need to sweat, you need to give time because the more you get lazier the more coward you will become. It's too simple to become courageous, just make sacrifices everyday to make yourself better, face your fears and also beat your laziness. You don't need to become extra special here you just need to be good in taming your mind and avoiding your urges, stay away from temptations and always cross out the pleasures that are not helping you to become faster and sharper. It's all about looking at yourself all the time and honestly answer the question: is what you're doing making you better or worse? as simple as that. You don't need a special advice or coach here, you just need to be the guard of your own mind.
