Don't ask for their approval, don't ask for their likes, don't ask for their money or help, just don't ask anything and you will become fearless. The reason why you are so scared and conservative is because you're expecting a lot from people. You want their respect, you want their love, you don't want to get rejected. You want to look good and that's why you're performing so bad. Stop asking or expecting something from somebody because it will only make you weak, it will fail you in the long run, you need to focus on giving your best, focus on developing yourself and stop acting like you owe something from everyone. You are not here to please them, so what if they don't like you? they're not paying your bills. At the end of the day you already got what you need, stop looking for what's not in your life and start paying attention to what is there and what can you do with it. Focusing on your weakness will only make your situation worse, learn how to adapt and improvise. Stop being weak and start manufacturing strength by working hard and just doing what you need to do. Success was long overdue, it should be yours by now but you choose to become weak. But that's ok, you can still make some adjustments, it's just a matter of believing in yourself and making sacrifices. You need to go all in, you need to do whatever it takes and push yourself to the limits. Do the unimaginable, go to the extreme and separate yourself from the pack. It is what it is, it's going to get harder and harder each day but that's what great people do. Stop being normal, stop following the crowd because all of them are weak and coward. Learn how to make a stand for what you want even if being alone is what it takes to win.
YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH
You don't need anything else because you are enough, you are good enough. You need to star building your own idea inside of you and make it big as it can be. Stop looking for what is missing in your life and start building your own empire. You can get anything you want if you will just discipline yourself and work insanely hard. Nothing is impossible to a man who has a burning desire. How to build a burning desire? it's too simple, don't stop. make yourself unstoppable, it will only happen if you will detach from the outcome and focus on the work alone. Stop checking if money is coming in, stop worrying about winning, stop comparing yourself to others and just do the work. It's an internal work, the harder you work the luckier you get. The more you focus on yourself the more you get better, as simple as that. Because if you don't believe in yourself then you will never win, you will always come up short because your effort will always be weak. But if you believe in yourself then you will keep pushing, you will go the extra mile and will not believe that something is impossible, you will always think that anything is possible and you will always prioritize your dreams than others.
TAKE YOURSELF SERIOUSLY
Whatever goal you have, whatever idea you have... take it seriously Bet on yourself and never mind what other people say. if you are really taking yourself seriously then you will not behave the way you behave, you will make yourself something else, you will not clown around and act like a bum. You will do something legendary, you will have a faster pace. You will talk differently and think differently. Stop getting interested with other people's stories and get interested with your own journey. Become your idol, make yourself something special by doing more and believing more. You need to stop belittling yourself, even if you're not the greatest at least make yourself better than yesterday. DO something that will improve your skills. Use the power of consistency, train everyday, make your mind stronger than what it is. Look for growth everyday. It can be mentally, physically or spiritually. Just try to evolve, take yourself seriously and take care of yourself. Look for improvement, look for a space where you can make yourself evolve. You can do it, you can level up, it's just a matter of taking actions. Take it one step at a time and never stop. Keep grinding and never care if it is hard, enjoy the hardship and pressure, treat yourself like a specimen that keeps on evolving every single day. Keep getting stronger by pushing harder during the most difficult situations in your life.
IF YOU REALLY BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
You will reward yourself with hard work, the process will be the reward and not the results. If you really believe in yourself then you will never need the external things anymore. if you really trust yourself then you will never look for help, you will never care if you have a weak team, you will never care if you're down, you will never look for what is missing in your life, you will never be scared of any challenge, you will just focus on what you can control and try to make yourself better each day. You will never care about what the future holds. Sky is the limit for you, you can be anything you want if you will never give up. Because it all depends on you if you will believe in yourself. Always remember that if you want to gain confidence then you need to push yourself to work as hard as you can, put all of your efforts into trying to improve and gain some knowledge and experience. Don't stop when it is hard, stop when you already won. If you can't believe in yourself it only means you didn't work as hard as you can, you didn't prepare, you wasted a lot of your free time. If you really believe in yourself then you will take care of your time, you will never waste any single second, you will believe that every day is an opportunity to grow, learn and get better.
WHY ASKING FROM SOMEONE IS WEAKNESS
Because you can get it by yourself. You can get the money, you can get the opportunity, you can get the promotion, you can get better. The problem with you is you're too impatient, you don't want to study something that will increase your belief in yourself. Stop asking for help when you really don't need it, you need to focus on taking actions because that is the real opportunity, that is the real help. Move now and you're already helping yourself, stop looking for fast results because it will never happen.
