FEEL THE CHANGE




It will feel uncomfortable, painful and weird. You will see your thoughts, you will feel the pain even more, you will be in the moment. It is the process of change, it's not going to be easy but it's really worth it. You will not see results yet but you will see something changing in the way you approach things, problems and challenges. You will be more patient, you will have more time for yourself, you will stay away from things and activities that are fun but not making you better. You will take more actions, you will have lesser hours of sleep and you will take your goals seriously. You will have more energy, you will feel strong even if you are weak, you will feel motivated even if you are losing, you will be insane in a good way. You will believe in yourself even more even if you're doubting yourself a lot of times. You will enjoy the journey, you will never rush things but you will become consistent and committed. This is the process of change, it's like a war, it's a transition from weak to strong, you will become something you've never been before. You will ignore all the petty things, you will never give time and energy for people and events that are not helping you to get better. 

CHANGE YOUR MENTALITY

If you want to change, take it seriously and change your mentality. It all starts in your mind, you need to change every thought pattern that is not serving you or making you faster to move. You need to get rid of thoughts that are limiting you. Reprogram your subconscious mind by constantly repeating the thoughts that you want to manifest in reality. Rewiring your brain is very hard to do but it will make your life change very fast if you will take it seriously. Once you change your mentality your habits will change and the results will change, your reality will get to another level. You need to change your mind so that it will be easier to take the right actions that seems to look hard in the beginning. If you can change your mentality then you will be able to endure harder activities that has better benefits. Your mind is everything, teach your mind how to think and behave and you will achieve a different result. Watch how you speak, watch how you react, watch how you think and upgrade something if you feel that there is a tweaking that needs to be done. 

CONNECTIONS WILL CHANGE

The way you live your life and take actions is a series of connections, watch the pattern of your movements, they are all caused by a single thought. Every time you experience a level of stress you will immediately look for an exit or a new movement. Watch yourself, every time you feel that something is hard you will immediately look for a food, a cigarette, a porn site, a gossip on social media, you will look at your cellphone, you will immediately look for something that will comfort you and that is what makes you a failure. Every time you feel the pain you should learn to endure it, you should keep going, you should stop looking for an easier activity because that will only make you weak and unproductive. But sometimes you really need to disconnect to what you are doing but keep in mind that you need to connect that momentum pause with a better activity. If you really need to stop what you're doing then stop it but never pick your cellphone, instead do some push ups or do some small exercises that will keep your blood flowing. There should be a lifestyle change, choose strength over weakness. Look at yourself, you're always looking for comfort right? instead of watching TV or looking for something to eat you need to just rest and do nothing, it's better if you meditate or just close your eyes. Don't go back to your bad habits because you will get addicted again. Stop looking for an easy thing to do that is very addictive because it will only bring a lot of pain in the future, it will create bad connections. A bad habit will lead to a new bad habit and the rat race will never end. 

ALWAYS BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN DO ANYTHING 

You can finish anything, you can start anything, you can do anything you want to do. You can solve anything, you can try anything, nothing can stop you. Just believe in yourself and you will be able to do some amazing things. Stop selling yourself short, you have to do what is needed, you have to push yourself to the limits and be at the edge of your skill. Stop holding yourself back and exerting a little effort, you need to use all of your energy and tenacity to get better and do something you haven't done before. If you will believe in something why not believe in yourself? it's the best thing you can do for yourself... trust yourself and believe that anything is possible with hard work and determination. Start fast and go further as much as you can, never think that you are limited, you have to believe that your work is effective. Be productive as you can be, always try to experiment with the process but never change your goal, do some tweaking but never change your purpose. Nothing is hard if you will try, just give it a try, you have nothing to lose here. 

CHANGE IS A JOURNEY

It's not a result, it's a forever process. If you want to change then you need to stay committed. Because if you will not stick with the process then you will go back to start even if you already become successful. Change is a culture, it's a way of life, you can't be working hard today and then get lazy tomorrow, you will never have a changed life if that's your mentality. Change is a hard path but it's a better path, it's really a bumpy road but it's a very good road. You need to endure all the pain and boredom in the process of changing, you really need to be patient and understanding. Tame your emotions, stop rewarding yourself even if you haven't done anything good yet. Practice delayed gratification and make sacrifices that will lead to success.
