DO IT WITHOUT ATTACHMENT

Do it without attachment, do it without regrets, do it because you think it's the right thing to do, do it because you want to see what will happen if you do it. If you don't do it you will always think about it in the future. Do it, start now and forget about what will happen, never care about failing, getting rejected or getting embarrassed, do it because you have the right to do it. Always give yourself a chance to win, never hold back, don't be shy, don't be scared or even if you are scared... still do it because you will feel much better after doing it, all the fears will go away, your mentality will reach another level. You will become harder after doing it, you will become smarter and better. You have nothing to lose, you didn't lose anything after doing it, actually... you get better as a person, you evolve and grow. 

NO THINKING POLICY

What makes you suffer is you think too much, you're overthinking you're making it harder for yourself, you're punishing yourself with negative thoughts. Stop scaring yourself, you will feel much better if you will not think and just do what you need to do. What will happen will happen, stop paralyzing yourself because of entertaining negative thoughts. Be present and still, learn to breathe and all of your fears will go away. Stop giving too much meaning to everything, stop thinking that everything is a big deal. If you will not judge anything or anyone according to its appearance then you will feel much better. It's ok if you're struggling just keep going, never think, never judge your situation. It's ok if you're anxious, it's ok if your situation is really hard, just don't think and enjoy the passage of time. Enjoy the process enjoy the journey, life will become easier if you will be in the moment, the power of now is real, focus on the now, never focus on the finish line. 

YOU CAN FINISH ANYTHING NO MATTER WHAT

You can finish any exercise, drill, task, assignment etc. You can overcome any problem, you can defeat any challenge. What is it to be scared of? you're scared because you don't want to suffer a little bit, you're scared because you're afraid of facing the hardship of life, you don't want to do the process. But if you will think that nothing can faze you and that you can finish anything no matter what then you will feel invincible. It's all in the mind, why will you be scared of something you can conquer? it doesn't matter if it take too long, it doesn't matter of you will get tired, what matters is you can finish it and you are willing to finish it. You're a gifted human being, you can finish anything no matter how difficult it was, you can start anything and you  can go further as much as you want, you can go to the highest level. It's just like a video game, you keep playing and playing and you get better and better. You have nothing to lose if you will just do it, you have everything to gain, you get more powerful every time you move. 

BE AWARE OF HOW YOU FEEL

Feel your feelings, embrace it and never try to resist it. Once you learn how to feel it and really accept it... it will go away, you have to stop panicking while feeling it and forcing it to go away. You are scared even more because you don't want to be scared. But if you will stay calm and accept that emotion... little by little it will become powerless and you will be in control. Most people were not aware that they are scared, angry or anxious, they're just overreacting and rushing to solve it irrationally. And that's why they always make mistakes and wrong decisions that they regret in the end. You don't need to talk, decide or react right away, see yourself first, feel your emotions and you will learn that you can endure it and let it pass. Being mentally tough is very easy, learn to feel and breathe, never rush and never give anything a meaning. Just let it be, allow it to happen and never judge yourself. You can take actions faster if you will feel, do it without attachment, do it without expectations and you will become relentless, you will become a force. 

THINK BEFORE YOU GET IMPATIENT

You have to move and think technically. Never let your emotions get the best of you, never let it control you or make you angry. You have to think smarter and always prioritize doing the right thing instead of letting emotions make you do stupid reactions. You have to think better and focus on your philosophy, focus on the person that you want to be, always use the self image of you that you really want in any kind of situation no matter how stressful it was. Think before you get impatient, was it really worth it to react violently? was the subject you are being mad of really a big deal? if something was not life threatening or damaging then why react to it? never give it any energy, never think about it for so long and just let go. Being patient is 100x better than being too emotional. 

MOVE FOWARD RIGHT AWAY

If something bad happen, if you got rejected, disrespected, humiliated or even after failing... move right away, that's how to become strong again, never dwell on things that made you feel bad. Move without attachment from the past, let go of everything that didn't made you happy, forget about it, just laugh at it and never give it any importance at all. Learn to let go fast because good things will happen to you if you will embrace the present moment and expect better things to come.
