Stop making dramas, stop trying to look cute just to get a sympathy. Your pain is nothing compare to other people's pain. Someone is fighting for his life right now, some kid in africa is eating mud right now, someone is broke like hell right now but still fighting, someone is protecting his life and family from war right now, someone is homeless and has no friends right now but still manage to survive. Someone is struggling so bad, someone is in jail right now and being tortured by his inmates, someone is in the mental hospital right now and seeing aliens and ghosts. Billions of people are suffering more than you so stop making dramas and looking for help that you don't even need.
DRAMAS WILL MAKE YOU WEAK
It will stop you from taking positive action, you will get addicted in looking for a sympathy, you will always look for something to blame, you will hate the world and you will hate your life. You are becoming weaker and weaker and you're getting addicted with that emotion. Drams is for the weak, it's for the losers. Who are the people that makes excuses and always pointing a scapegoat? the losers right, they are making drams just to prove that they are right. You are in a victim mode if you're always making dramas, stop living that way and take the blame, accept that you made a mistake, accept that it's how life works and continue moving forward.
MENTAL HEALTH IS OVERRATED
It's true but if don't blame other people if you get crazy. Mental health is happening because of laziness, if you're not taking actions then you will think about negative things, you will entertain a lot of dramas and shits. Self pity is a self inflicted pain, you're suffering because you're not doing something positive. It is your duty to take care of your mind. Just run and you will feel better, just do something you are passionate about and you will feel better. You're suffering a mental disorder because you're not doing something positive. Stop playing the victim game, you're not a victim, nobody is punishing you, nobody is hurting you, you are the one who is hurting yourself. Stop blaming people why you live that way, you're struggling mentally right now because you're not helping yourself. You're too unappreciative and lazy, just look at your life... a lot of people were dying to have your life. Never take any day for granted, become productive as you can be and always give your best.
WHAT'S YOUR PAIN?
What's your pain? was it really painful? stop announcing your pain to the world. Nobody likes a person who's complaining all the time about how he feels. Look at your pain, was it really a big deal? is it something you can't endure? Endurance is better than dominance. This is the best skill to learn. Some people were only confident when they're winning and dominating but they feel so weak every time they are losing and feeling something wrong. If you have a mindset that you can endure anything then you can become dominant. It's because all you need to do is never quit and you will win. You can endure any pain, you just need to feel it and believe that soo it will be gone. You can tolerate any kind of pain. Feel it without any resistance and you will be able to adapt easily. Because every time you resist pain... it becomes more painful.
YOU ARE MAKING YOUR WEAK PROBLEMS STRONG
You're behind your bills, your girlfriend doesn't love you anymore, your Mom didn't give you an allowance, your dog is sick, you don't have friends. These problems were too common and not dangerous at all, why are you crying like a stupid kid because of these problems? stop whining like a moron and live your life. Life is too short to be wasted. You have to live life like a king, make yourself a king by working hard and giving your all every single day. It's better to be just working than not doing anything at all. Stop making dramas, stop looking for a sympathy because you don't need any of that. Some people are suffering more than you do so feel blessed because your problem is too small, it's not even a problem, it's just a drama that you're trying to make an issue. You're not an artist, you're not a celebrity, stop creating dramas because it will not help you.
STOP FOCUSING ON PAIN
Don't think about it and you will never feel it. Some people focus on the pain that's why their pain becomes stronger each day. Focus on your strengths, divert your attention to hope and happiness. Think about happy thoughts, or look at some other things that will make you feel good. Stay busy, never stop because you will feel the pain again. Keep moving forward despite of pain, entertain yourself by doing something that is useful. Always remember that emotions are overrated, if you can say to yourself that it's just an emotion then everything will be a lot easier, resistance will go, you will no longer feel the burden. It's just an emotion, you can never eat it, you can never spend it.
YOU'RE TOO LUCKY
You're still alive, it only means you are very lucky. You can do magical things in your life, all it takes is focusing on what you really want and stop broadcasting your suffering. You don't need other people to talk to you or give you some advice, you just need to define what you want and make yourself closer and closer from it. You're too lucky and blessed, never waste your life for nothing. Stop making dramas that will pull you down. Feel strong everyday, believe that you can overcome anything and thrive in the end.
