YOU ONLY NEED TO BE AFRAID OF YOURSELF

Don't be afraid of what you can't control. Be only afraid of what you can control because you have power over it but you are not doing something about it. The only things you have control are your thoughts, actions, perceptions, reactions. But the funny thing is you're not aware of it, you're not utilizing the things that you have control with. Be afraid of what you can control because it is controlling you and you're not aware of it, your thought are controlling you, your habits are controlling the outcome of your life, your negative attitude is controlling your everyday living, but you're not afraid of these things that's why you're too comfortable with them, you are not trying to get rid of them.  

WHY BE AFRAID OF YOURSELF?

Because you're the one making yourself feel bad, you're the one destroying your own life, you're the one who's destroying your own health, you're the one who's lazy, you're the one who's complaining and blaming, you're the one who's not the doing the right things. You're the one who's afraid, you're the one who's always procrastinating and worrying, you're the one who's putting negative information into your brain, to make the long story short... you are the destroyer of your own life. 

You are the one who's responsible for feeling worse and negative. You entertain a lot of negative thoughts, you're consuming the wrong information, you're not conditioning your mind the right way. You are doing all the things that are pulling you down instead of pushing you up, you're poisoning your own mind. You should be afraid of yourself and not of other things that are outside of your control. 

You can never control the outcome, you can never control what people say, you can never the things that are outside of your domain. So why fear them? why fear these people? why fear the results? why fear the unwanted things or problems that are given to you naturally? they come to your life for some reasons, you can look for the reasons but if you can't see it then just let it be.
