Waiting while working is power, it is the number one path to success. Patience is power, patience is Intelligence, it is a virtue, the most successful people are very patient and committed. There is nothing wrong about waiting, there is nothing wrong if you're not making it in life right now, if you know where you are going to you will get there. Direction is more important than speed. Waiting will give you more time to think, rushing will only make you commit a lot of mistakes. While it is true that you need to be decisive but sometimes you need to give it a little more time, give something to develop first before taking silly actions.
Developing the power to wait will make you invincible, you will look like you're not afraid to lose, people will feel that you're confident and you're ready to feel the pain of waiting just to get what you want. They will feel that you have power, they will see that you're in control.
SOMETIMES ALL YOU CAN DO IS WAIT
You cannot force the world to give you what you want right away, you can never force a girl to fall in love with you in just a matter of seconds, you can never make the cow meat soft in just a matter of minutes, you can never force your injured body to heal in just a matter of days, you can never force your muscle to grow in just a matter of days, it's impossible to learn a skill in just a few minutes, sometimes you have to wait for years before your heart heals and totally forgive your enemy. You can never force a plant to grow if it's not yet time, you can never stop the sun from shining while it's not yet night. All you can do is wait, there is a right time for everything, there is a right time for reaping, there is a right time for collecting success, you have to learn how to wait because being impatient means being powerless.
You can never control your growth in height, you can never force the rain to stop, you can never tell the pain to go away, you can never stop the landslide, you can never force the stocks to go higher. No matter how strong or powerful you think you are... there are some days when you really have to wait because that's all you can do. There are some days or some situations when willpower is useless and the more you use it the more you put yourself on a bad situation. Patience is the key, appreciating the moment makes the waiting faster.
If you can wait then you will have a better life, you will be more in control. There is a right time for impregnating your girlfriend, there is a right time for withdrawing your money, there is a right time for spending, there is a right time for having a permanent job, there is a right time for opening your store... not in the middle of 3am. Sometimes you have to wait because it's all you can do. Look at those people who can't wait... they're always failing.
Because you can't control everything, success and rewards were controlled by the higher power... something higher and stronger than you. The outcome is always controlled by something stronger, wiser and more powerful than you.
Look at those people who are so impatient, they always look like a fool, they always make mistakes, they always put themselves on a very bad situation.
There is nothing wrong in waiting, there is nothing wrong if it takes longer than expected. If you really believe in yourself, if you really believe that it's going to work then you will wait even if it takes forever.
BUT YOU HAVE TO WORK WHILE WAITING
Just because you are waiting doesn't mean you can afford to become lazy. Just because it's not yet your time doesn't mean you can clown around and relax. Look at the aspiring NBA players, they still work hard and make themselves better while their numbers were not yet called. They make themselves ready because opportunity will only be captured by people who are ready. If the opportunity is there and you're not mentally and physically ready then you will just let it go because you will get overwhelmed by it.
So make yourself ready all the time, prepare as much as you can. Just like an ant who keeps grinding every single day whether there is food or not. With or without success... you still have to work hard. You still need to grind even if victory is not guaranteed. Don't be afraid to get tired and yet don't get any results, don't be afraid to sacrifice because that is what it's all about. You want success right? then you need to pay the price, you can't be wishing for something and do nonense activities all day long, you must be willing to commit yourself to success. Have a laserlike focus and indomitable spirit to capture your dreams. Never feel bad that you're working hard, you have to enjoy it, you have to make it as your culture, stop all the nonsense and start building your dreams.
DON'T ACCEPT LESSER THAN WHAT YOU DESERVE
If you think you deserve more then don't accept something lesser than what you really want. If you really think you're good and you can become successful then just wait for the best and never accept the uglier option. Never let them pay you less, never let them give you leftovers. Wait for the right time, believe in yourself that you can get it. Sometimes this is just a waiting game, you have to wait for your turn, you have to wait for the right food to get serve at you, you have to wait for the better opportunity. Always feel abundant, always feel that there is something bigger waiting for you, don't rush things, don't let them force you to do or get what you really don't want. Know yourself, know your worth... better things are coming if you are willing to wait and stay patient.
It's not about playing hard to get or looking at yourself like someone who is like a king that has a big ego. It's not that, you just knew that you're willing to put in the work so you are deserving to get more.
THE RIGHT TIME WILL ALWAYS COME
Success and greatness will come for those who are wiling to wait and sacrifice. Just believe, just be patient and your time will come too. You will always get what you deserve, you may not get what you want so fast but you will always get what you deserve, all of your efforts will be rewarded. So don't ever feel bad if you're struggling right now, it's all part of the design, it's part of the process, just enjoy what is going on, appreciate what you have and keep going, never quit, never get frustrated, always enjoy the process and keep pushing forward no matter what.
