FOCUS ON WHAT YOU HAVE AND YOU DON'T NEED TO WORRY ANYMORE

If you're so worried about a lot of things, if you always find yourself scared for stupid reasons then here is what you need to do... focus on what you have, that's it, when I say focus you really need to mean it, you really need to put it into your heart. Focus on what you have and all of your troubles and worries will go away in just 2.9 seconds. It's so accurate that even the best scientists couldn't disagree with it. 

If you lost something focus on what's remaining in your life. If you got rejected in a job interview focus on going home because it's all you have for the moment. If your girlfriend leaves you focus on on your dog, if you don't have a dog focus on your life, love your life, groom yourself and feed yourself the best food that you can find in your refrigerator, make yourself comfy. The girl left already, let her be, it is what it is, you still have something to be appreciative of. 

TO MOVE FORWARD IS ALL YOU NEED TO DO

Keep moving forward, whatever you can do that is positive and will help your life... do it, don't hesitate... just do it. If it will give you a chance to improve, if it will make you stronger and better, if it will improve your situation a little bit, if it has a chance to become successful in the future... do it.
