Don't worry about that feeling, don't be scared of how you feel... that feeling is safe, it will never kill you, it can only make you better. It will make you tougher, smarter, you will know yourself even more. Embrace any kind of feeling, embrace it all and stay calm with it, it's just another emotion that you shouldn't be afraid of, it's part of you. You need to trust your power, trust your strength, believe in yourself that you can overcome all of those emotions. Because you can, any feeling of pain, any intense suffering or pressure is just another emotion that can never kill you, all it will do s make you stronger and durable. Just deal with it, absorb it, feel blessed that you were still able to feel, at least you can still feel something. It may be hard, it may be irritating and frustrating but if you will never accept it then you will feel bad even more. It's all part of you, don't be afraid to feel it, go with it and see what you can become by feeling it, trust me... it will make you grow, it will teach you how to be in the moment.
ANY DISCOMFORT OR PAIN IS JUST ANOTHER FEELING
It's just another day, it's just another feeling, why worry about it? why be scared of it? it can never kill you, what can't kill you can only make you stronger. You should be happy if you're feeling it because only tough people can experience it. So what if you're feeling bad? that doesn't mean you're not having a good life. Facing any kind of discomfort or pain is a sign of bravery, it's a form of courage that not everyone is willing to experience. It's just a feeling, it's not even a big deal. You can stop anytime you want to, if you can't push anymore then stop and don't do anything, rest if you need to, you don't need to make yourself suffer.
If you feel uncomfortable now... don't dwell on it too much, being uncomfortable is better than always feeling comfortable. A man who's so comfortable everyday with his life will panic and go insane once he feel a little uncomfortable, he will have a hard time to adjust. Just like the spoiled kids who think they were the kings, they're having a hard time adjusting once the pain and little uncertainty is there, they can't adapt, they can't move forward, they're always lost.
YOU CAN ALWAYS ADJUST
You can adjust your thought, you can adjust your perspective towards any kind of pain. Once you say to yourself that it's ok and really believe that it will go away anytime soon... you're already good you're already getting better. Just wait and be patient, you can adapt to any kind of feeling. You are stronger than you thought, you can always adjust and make yourself stronger, you can always adapt to any kind of feeling. The human spirit is so powerful. Trust that you can outlast any kind of emotion, always remember that you are not here to always feel great, sometimes you are here to show pain that you're tough and will never quit anytime soon.
Never think that you're sick and tired of it, feel it second by second, ignore it if you can. You don't need to always get irritated, just learn to accept what you're feeling now because at the end of the day... life is not always perfect, sometimes you will even feel bad for no reason.
ANY PAIN WILL SUBSIDE
May it be a strong or scary pain... it will subside, all you need is time, you don't even need to do something for it. It will subside, it will go away. So don't panic, stay relaxed and calm, stay positive and have friends with the situation you are in, don't resist, just deal with it, feel it until it can no longer make you feel bad. Show pain how tough you are, show pain that you are willing to endure everything. A pain is just a feeling, it's so easy to cure it, you just need to let it pass. Just relax while feeling it, stillness is the best way to cure the pain. Feel it running inside of your body, it's not bad at all right? So learn to feel that pain and have peace with it, you'er stronger than it, it can never defeat you. You are here to stay but your pain is not. Just like the popular saying says "tough times never last only tough people do". Pain, everybody experience this, nobody is immune to it. Pain is part of your life, it is nothing. If you can use it to your advantage then good for you. Always remember that every time you face it, every time you move forward despite of it... good things happen. Pain is the partner of passion, without pain there is no greatness. You have to face it and be comfortable with it if you really want to go further. Just like climbing a mountain for a few weeks, it is already painful, you would love to quit, your legs were giving up but you have no choice but to keep going if you really want to see the top of the mountain.

Always think that being sad, being lonely, being unhappy is just part of life. Even the richest person gets sad, even the prettiest woman feel insecure and lonely. Don't panic if you're feeling something negative, it's just a challenge. You don't need to get mad with it, you don't need to be controlled by it. Just feel it, it will make you stronger, it will make you a better human being. It's like "ok I am feeling weird and ugly today, I am feeling depressed but I know that it's going to go away anytime soon". Depression is no different to happiness, is just another emotion that will come and go. And even if you're happy now... does it make a difference, that happiness will soon go away. Depression is only minor in the beginning, it's just a sadness, it becomes bigger and bigger because you're making it a big deal, you're always thinking that you are suppose to feel good, you're thinking that you don't deserve it. But it is what it is, it's already there, just let the time pass and it will all go away. All you have to do is don't quit and you will win in the end.
Any feeling is safe, depression is safe. Just don't be afraid of any kind of feeling, embrace what scares you, learn to enjoy it. If you're still alive then you're good, there is nothing else you need. Just keep your journey going, accept what is happening with your life and just try to be a little bit positive everyday.
