If you want to become successful, if you want to thrive and become great... put some soul into what you're doing, meaning take it seriously, feel something about it. Don't be like a robot or a walking zombie while doing it, give it some love, force the passion to come out while doing it. It will only happen if you're taking it one step at a time and not rushing things. Just feel it, if you really believe in what you're doing then you will take it one step at a time, you will feel it, you will enjoy every second of it, there's no worries, there's no fear, you just do it and you will give your heart and soul into it, you will not even look for other's approval, you're the boss of your own work, you're in control here.
Because it will show into your work, it will show in the results if you really give everything you've got. People will sense if you really give time and effort to what you did. It will show in your work and vibrations if you rush your work and you're not giving time and effort to it. So my advise is to never panic, never rush in doing things, just play it cool, relax while doing it but don't get lazy. Being lazy will destroy your work, it will ruin your momentum and poison your mind. Just enjoy it and have fun with every step of the way. Any work will become easy if you're not rushing and just have dun with every second that you're spending for it. Work becomes stressful because you want to finish fast, you want to go home fast, you think your life will become comfortable after finishing it. But the truth is work never stops, there will always be another work even if you already finished your work for today.
You will not complain, you will just do it and finish it, nothing really matters other than having fun with the process of doing it. Enjoy it as much as you can because good results will show if you're having fun and being in the moment while doing it. Stop looking to finish fast, look for the enjoyment of every steps while working. It's too simple, stick with your work and never let anything disturb you, your focus must be very strong here, if you really want to create a masterpiece then you need to look only on your work and never let something occupy your mind, be serious but don't forget to have fun every once in a while. Just don't stop until it's done and you will get it done, as simple as that.

Be serious about it, give your best effort and focus, always think that it's fun, condition your mind that you're having a lot of fun doing it. The more serious you are, the bigger you will become. Never treat it as a joke, always treat your work as a serious business, always think that you're doing something great while doing it, always feel great taking actions for it. Some people were good, I mean really really good but they were not taking their works seriously that's why they end up being a failure in the end. Give it some life, give your all while doing it. Give everything you've got and you will never regret it in the end, and even if you think you're almost done... still push yourself to the limits, still bring your A game.
YOUR WORK CAN BE A STRESS RELIEVER
Some people were so stressed while working, but the most successful people in the world were having a lot of fun while working. They just knew how to live life. The knew how to play the game of life right. Feel happy while doing your work, treat it as a hobby, treat it as something that gives you energy, never let it drag you, you must have a lot of fun while doing it, you must be excited every time you're about to do it. It's all about conditioning your mind, it's all about tricking your mind that your work is fun, if you can do it then you can put some soul into what you're doing, you will become successful, you will become the best in what you do. Just try to have some fun and that's it, no need to worry about anything else.

You can make any kind of work fun if you will just adjust your perspective towards it. It becomes boring because you're not giving your best, but if you will give your best and not think about money or success then any kind of work will become fun. Remember, working and playing is no different... you're still spending your time no matter what you do. So just try to have fun in your work and success will be attracted to you, success will come naturally. People will see how good you are, people will be impressed with you work. So whenever you're bored or stressed with your work... remember that all you need to do is slow down a little bit and try to have some fun. Don't look to finish fast because every time you do that you're only making yourself slower, you're only making it harder for yourself because you will struggle a lot by doing that. You need to feel your work, you need to be aware of what's happening every time you are moving.

Are you hating or are you loving while working? do you really love your work? or even if you don't love it for a moment, are you willing to fall in love with it? falling in love with your work will make your life easier. You can fall in love with it anytime, all you need to do is learn how to appreciate it. Think that you're really lucky because you were still able to work. Just learn to love it everyday, feel happy for every actions that you're taking to finish it. Just love it, force yourself to love it, never hate, be thankful that you were still able to work and do something.
