THE ONLY KEY TO ELIMINATE STRESS

The only key to eliminate stress is too always feel light about something. Work hard but take something lightly, get serious but don't get to a point where you're losing your mind and you want it so bad. Just relax, never feel bad about something because nothing is suppose to make you feel bad, you are suppose to feel good all the time.. anytime you want to.

You need to feel light when you are doing something, you need to feel nothing. What I mean by this is you don't care if the work is hard, you just enjoy it, you don't care about the process, you will just do it and give your best.

Never feel bad if you work hard and didn't get anything. Remember that the work itself is the reward, if you're having too much fun in you work then it feels like you're not working anymore. Learn to have fun in any work that you're doing and nothing can make you feel stressed anymore. Stress is only on the mind, it has nothing to do with your surrounding. They can annoy you, they can disturb you or make you feel bad but if you can ignore them fast then nothing can make you feel bad anymore. Just don't think about it and just feel good doing your think and you will never become stressed anymore.

LEARN TO DETACH FROM THE SITUATION

Learn to detach from the situation, learn to stop expectation. Stop expecting something, just enjoy the ride, never rush anything and simply feel good with your work. Never anticipate anything and just simply learn how to enjoy every single moment of your life. If it's stressful then detach from it, it doesn't mean you're going to leave what is happening, it only means you will not take it seriously. You are still giving your very best but you don't mind if you fail or not, you are just there to enjoy the beautiful experience that is happening in your life.

KNOW YOUR PRIORITIES AND ALWAYS BE ON TIME

Some people were badly stressed because they don't know their priorities, they want to find a work but when the work is there they were always late and making excuses, they were not professional, and that creates a big stress in their lives. They were not on time. If you want to eliminate stress then make sure your always on time, make sure you're fast, make sure you have an attitude of a professional. If you have a business meeting tomorrow... stop drinking today, stop partying at night and prepare yourself for a meeting, psyche yourself for a good vibration so that the meeting will become successful.

GIVE YOUR BEST WITHOUT EXPECTING TOO MUCH IN RETURN

Some people were so stressed because they will go all out, they will prepare a lot, they will practice a lot, they will work so hard but once they can't see any results from the hard work they put in... they feel stressed and frustrated. Don't work hard if you're expecting too much in return. Remember that the prize of hard work is the hard work itself, you feel good about it because you know it is arranging and taking care of your life. Don't work hard because you want to get rich fast or get results fast... it will only ruin your life, it will make you depressed once you can't see the results that you were expecting.

JUST TAKE ACTION NO MATTER WHAT

If you need to do something... do it, do it even if it's uncomfortable. If you will not do it then you will become stressed even more, you will feel bad because you stop yourself even if you know that you can do it. Just do it and enjoy the moment, enjoy the process. Once you take the first step... everything else will be taken care of itself.
