Confidence is what you need to become a winner in life, with enough confidence you can go further and experience what most people can't experience. Confidence is the key, it's what you need to go to the top. You can have all the talents and skills in the world but if you lack the confidence to express it then you're not going to succeed. Hesitation will create fears, it will make you stuck forever, it will freeze you and you will entertain a lot of false thoughts that is making you coward even more. Decide fast and start fast, one you decide... there is no more turning back.
3. FEEL THE PAIN WHILE DOING IT. Be in the moment, never care if you're struggling. Feel the pain and still give your best, embrace the struggle and never give up. You need to adapt with any uncertainty because that is a very good confidence builder. The more you are willing to face the pain the better your confidence will be.
4. FORGET THE OUTCOME AND FOCUS ON THE PROCESS. Forget that you may fail or not. Forget what will happen in the future. Just focus on giving your best and never think about succeeding or failing. Just enjoy every moment, this kind of approach will take away the pressure that you feel. So what if you fail? that doesn't mean you're not good enough, you failed because you're trying. Be proud of yourself because some people can't even try at all.
