WHAT IS A THOUGHT THAT IS MAKING YOU STUCK?

Your thoughts is what makes your life. If your life is stuck by now then there is a thought that is making you stuck, there is a thought inside of your head that is blocking you and you need to get rid of it if you want to make a progress or change in your life. There is a trauma, there is a past event that scares you, there is a memory inside of your head that's manipulating you and making you believe that you can't do it or it is impossible.

You need to find that thought that is making you stuck so that you can move on and make progress with your life.

HOW TO DETECT A THOUGHT THAT IS STOPPING YOU?

It's very simple, be mindful of your thoughts, be in the moment and carefully filter what is running in your brain. For example if you want to go to your mom's house and visit her, there is a resistance right? there is a thought that is making you feel something, there is a thought that is blocking the process of going there. Thoughts such as it's traffic, you don't have money, you will waste a lot of time there, it's not the right time etc. etc. You need to ignore all of those thoughts and replace them with happier thoughts. Happier thoughts such as: you will have a great time there, you can enjoy the traffic, it's normal to spend a portion of your money, it's a one time opportunity. The truth is sometimes you're worried about something that is not worth it, you're focusing on things that doesn't even matter at all or will not even help you at all. Is your mother really important to you? just think about the most basic thought and you will realize that you really need to go and just do it.

If you're competing against a much bigger and stronger opponent there is also a thought that is blocking you. You're thinking that he will dominate you or he is dangerous, you're thinking that you will experience a lot of pain. Instead of thinking about your training or how are you going to do it, or simply thinking that you can adapt and improvise and find a way. If you can just entertain a thought that will make you feel better and comfortable then you will prevail, you can beat any challenges of life.

It's all about what thought are you feeding, if you will feed the negative thoughts then you will become stuck forever. But if you will feed the thoughts that it's possible then you can make small progress that will lead to happiness and fulfillment.

So find the thought that is making you stuck and replace it or ignore it, doing this will make your life flow again, best opportunities will knock on your door.
