HOW TO CONTROL YOUR FEAR IN A NICE AND EASY WAY

Fear will always be there, even if you think that you're one tough son of a gun.. you will still feel fear. Even the presidents become scared, even the conquerors and cold blooded killers feel fear, fear will be felt by any living things in the world. Even lions have fear, even champions and most successful people in the world have fear. You are not normal if you're not scared, you're insane if you think that you're fearless. The only difference between a successful person and not is a successful person can control his fear, he is willing to feel it and do the opposite of it. He can become scared in failing but still do the right thing to succeed.

The only way to control your fear is to feel it. Accept that you're scared, have peace with it. Always be aware that you're feeling it, you need to feel good while feeling it or if you can't feel good then just absorb it and feel it slowly, don't panic, you have to understand that it's just a feeling, you have to imagine looking at yourself while feeling it and remind that it's alright, you are just a human and you are suppose to feel it.

Always stay calm, always stay positive and think that fear is nothing but a feeling, it can never harm you at all, it's part of your life. It will come and it will go. The only thing that makes fear stay for a very long time in your system is because you always think about the future, you always think about what will happen next. You anticipate something that hasn't happened yet. Just live with the moment, it's possible to do it, live with the moment and never try to rush your life. You don't need to fast forward, every time you rush things... you will become scared even more, bad things will be attracted to you. Just live your life one second at a time and never panic. Just breathe, feel life, enjoy life and appreciate everything that is happening around you.

Fear is nothing but a feeling. You can still feel alive while feeling it, you can still move and do something that will make your life better even though it's on your system. Just have peace with it, let it scare you but don't ever let it make you do something stupid, never let it make you quit. Focus on what you want to happen while feeling it.
