Whether you like it or not, whether you deny it or not... repetition is the only thing that will make you see greatness. If you will not repeat something over and over again you will never become good at it.
Just because you're repeating failing doesn't mean you're becoming good at failing. What if you're becoming good in trying again? what if you're becoming faster, tougher, smarter and more resilient? what if what you're getting in repeating failure is mental toughness? it all depends on how you see things. If you feel that you're getting better and better through failing then you are right, but if you think that you're becoming worse and worse through failing then you are right too, it's because what you repeatedly believe will be your reality. If you believe that after failing now is success then one day it will become real.
If you want to become a good guitarist repeat playing guitar everyday, if you want to become a good fighter keep punching the punching bag everyday, if you want to become a good dancer then dance until you become limp, if you want to become a great politician then be good in telling lies... repeat it again and again. All you have to do is trust repetition, all you have to do is do it a million times and you will become very good at it.
Once you repeat something for a million times you can do it with eyes close, you don't even need to think about it anymore, it will happen automatically, it will look very effortless, some people will even think of you as a gifted or a genius, they don't know that the secret to your greatness is through repetition alone.
The only hard about repetition is you will become bored repeating it again and again so you need to find a way how to enjoy it, you need to make yourself believe that it's fun and you're still becoming better and better each day even though you've already repeated it a million times. Because even if you already repeated it a million times... there is still some room for growth in you, you can still improve and learn something... the room for progress doesn't contract, it keeps on expanding every time you repeat.
