NO NEED FOR VALIDATION IF YOUR WORK IS LEGIT

Looking for validation means you're not deserving, it means you don't believe in yourself, looking fora validation means you want to please people and you are not the man. If your work is legit then you don't need to look for validation anymore, people will see it, the universe will appreciate you. If your work is legit then there is no more explanation needed, there is no more dramas or showing off for the people. You will get it if you deserve it, you will become successful if your work is legit. It's all about being real, it's all about giving your best everyday. You will be blessed if you work hard, trust me on that. You can fake your work, you can pretend that you already did it but if results didn't show up then your work is still fake. You need to make it right, you need to make it real, stop faking your work and do what will give you a little bit progress, do what will make you better. It's all in the mind, the more you work the more your mind will become tougher.

Repetition is the key to success, just repeat it over and over again. If you can earn 100 dollars a day, repeat it again and again, non stop repetition, non stop forward movement. Once you become a master of it, you will totally become a different animal. So keep working hard, make it as your life style, make it as something that runs through your veins, never stop working while you're still strong and even if you're weak.... still work, rest if you must but never stop working hard because that's all you can do. Life is work, it's about movement, it's not about rest nor procrastination. People who work a lot are the people who live a lot. You will only feel alive if you will work to the extreme and make non stop movement, still move even if you can't move anymore. Don't try to impress anyone, just feel good about your actions, just keep working until the work is done. And of course there will be another chapter, your work will never stop, it will never be over because it's what you need to have a healthy life. But of course you need to find the right work for you, don't work an unhealthy work because it will kill you if you work so hard for it.

So if you want to be called a legit... work, there is no substitute for hard work, hard work is all you need and you will become a totally different animal. Create your own world thorough hard work, be the strongest that you can be, be the baddest that you can be. Keep working hard until you can't work anymore, it feels good to be giving your best every single day, once you make it a habit... it will never be hard for you to work hard anymore.

Some people are just pretending to be working, they will try to look busy, they will try to look tired just to impress their boss or the people around them but if you will study their behavior and guard them closely... their 8 hours of work can be done in just 3 hours, they were wasting a lot of time by stopping and doing nonsense things while working.

The truth is... you can do a lot if you will just focus, you can achieve a lot of things, all you need to do is make hard work your culture, make your work legit. You don't need to impress people anymore, you don't need to look for their validation..
