THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ADVERSITY AND A PROBLEM

There is a big difference between an adversity and a problem. An adversity is something that you know is normal, it is something that you know that is happening in your life as a test and you know that it will be over anytime soon if you persevere and do something about it. But a problem... it is something that you worry about, you don't know if you can solve it or not because you already considered it as something difficult. The truth is... there is no really problem if you will not consider it as a problem.

There's no problem at all if you're willing to solve it, consider it as an adversity that's main purpose is to make you tougher and a better person. Face it like a real man or woman, don't shy away from it, face it and have a game plan. Not all game plan will work but if you can create a game plan for solving it then it's much better, you will become less worried because you are following something that is somehow giving you a hope.

Train your mind to think positively if something bad happens to you. You are the only one who's stressing yourself and pressuring yourself, if you will just think the right way then everything will be alright. You will fee much better and secure, you will no longer worry about anything else. Just trust your actions, trust that if you work hard and face your problems and do the simplest and right things then all of your problems will go away, it will be solved naturally without trying to control everything too much.

Consider it as an adversity or challenge and all you have to do is deal with it and be in the moment. Don't try to run away from it, feel the stress and discomfort that it's giving you. Feel the pan and enjoy it, trust the process and enjoy every step that you're doing to solve it. Every adversity will end, there is always a comfort for every suffering, after pressure is happiness. Be on a state of abundance, always think that there are better things waiting for you if you only think right and put your mind on the right place.

Sometimes you are even thinking that it's already a problem even if it's just a small friction or uncertainty, you're already thinking that your life is going to become difficult. Change your mind and you will be able to change your life, never think that every discomfort is already a problem, sometimes you only don't like it that's why you already considered it as a problem. But if you will like it even if it's not attractive or entertaining to you at all then you will never feel bad about it anymore.

Keep in mind that for every suffering that you endure, for every problem that you faced you become a better person, someone who is tougher and wiser than yesterday.

WHY PEOPLE THINKS THAT IT'S ALREADY A PROBLEM?

• They don't want to solve it.
• They feel that they don't deserve it
• It's making them feel uncomfortable
• They already judged that it's too difficult and they don't want to fix it
• They just feel lazy solving it and choose trying to make excuses instead
