Conquering fear is too easy. All you have to do is detached with the outcome and don't expect too much. Don't ever think that you need to get perfect results, don't ever think that you need to look perfect. Fear becomes stronger because you're expecting too much, you want everything to become perfect, you are panicking when something is out of control. Just learn to let go and fear will subside, sometimes you are just over protective of yourself and the things that you have. Sometimes you are thinking too much and you have an illusion that you need to look good always and you need to feel perfect all the time.
BE READY TO FEEL THE FEAR ALL THE TIME. Once you trained your mind to become ok to feel fear all the time... it will be very easy for you to conquer your fears. It's like... "ok I feel it, so what?" you will just let it pass, you will never even get bothered at all, you will stay relaxed and focus on what you want. Because the reality of life is successful people were not fearless at all, they can just overcome fears easily by focusing on what they want. They don't care about their feelings, they will just do what they need to do until their fears subside and turns into courage. If you will just move and take actions then your fears will go away easily, it will not even bother you anymore. The state of being fearless is not true, there is no such thing as a man without fear but there is a man who can ignore his fears and just keep moving forward. Once you feel the fear... ignore it and focus on what you need to do. If you don' know what to do then just stay calm and think positive.
ADMIT TO YOURSELF THAT YOU'RE SCARED
If you can admit to yourself that you're scared, if you can admit to them that you're scared and you can manage to smile then courage will start to build in, you will feel it, it's because being true to yourself will build courage, it will give good feelings, it's like letting go, it's like setting yourself free. Not all people can admit that they were scared, not all people can admit that they feel fear too, they keep pretending that they are brave and that;s why in the end they keep on getting scared.
You're just a human, you are not suppose to experience bravery all the time, there will be times when you will be frightened for unknown reasons, it's ok, just keep feeling fear until it go away. If you have a plan then stick with the plan no matter what, execute it until you become successful.
