YOU CAN ONLY HAVE POWER BY USING WHAT IS YOURS

If you come into an audition for american idol and the judges picks the song that you don't like... you will never nail it. For sure, because it's not your song, you can never beat the original, the original is always the best, especially if you don't like it... for sure the result will be ugly because you can never make something special if you don't like it, you can only have power by using what is yours. You have to own the song and feel like it's your composition, you have to give it a soul. And you can only give soul to something if it's your creation.

If it's your own style then you have the power over it, you are the leader, you can add any kind of details and rules. You can tweak it easily, manipulate it and work anytime you want. A good example is business, if you own the business you can run it however you want to run it, you have the rules, you set the guidelines, you remove what you don't like and add what you think will make it better. Unlike someone who is working for someone's business, he doesn't have any power, he will just follow his boss and can never make any suggestions or advises. He will just become a follower forever.

Just like in riding a bike, if you have your own bike then you have power over that bike, you can use it anytime you want, you can destroy it make it jump or put any design on it. You can go to wherever you wanted to go without someone worrying about the bike. But if you're just borrowing the bike from your friend, you don't have the control, he can get it from you anytime he wants to. He will even get mad at you if you put some dirt on it, you can never use it anytime you want to.

If you're renting an apartment, the owner can shooo you anytime he wants to. You don't have any power over that place. Even if you're paying him... he still set the rules, he can still make you go if he doesn't like your attitude. Having your own house is different, you can design it, paint it, be a little bit noisy in it... basically it's all yours and there is no one who can make you stay away from your house, the power is all yours. There is nothing they can even if they don't like you. You have the papers of the house, you have the power. There is nothing they can do to take away that house from you.

Never use what is not yours, the owner can take that away from you anytime he wants to, you don't have the power, you don't have the right to do anything from it.

In anything that you're doing, make sure it's original, make sure you have the full ownership of it or else someone will disturb you and try to take away what you're doing.

Use your own style, own music, own lyrics, own money, own property. Be original, if you will not create your own and establish your own then people will do something at you that you don't like. People will have the ability to control you, do you like it? it's better to produce something or use something that you buy or invented. Never borrow any property from anyone or else you will not like what will happen in the end. You will have no control, you will be just a follower. They can make your life stop anytime they want to.
