YOU'RE CONSUMING TOO MUCH USELESS INFORMATION

That is why your mind is wandering anywhere, that is why you are always confused and distracted. You're consuming too much information that is making you lost and weak. The news, advices from other people that are fake, posts from stupid influencers, gossips, posts that are only clickbaiting you and a lot of videos that are only eating your time. You are not focused that is why you feel that your time is running out all the time. You are always late, you are depriving yourself of rest, you are not resting your mind, you are addicted to consuming a lot of infos that are making your life miserable. Those posts are making you a zombie, it is making you slow and unproductive and you are wondering why are you failing but the truth is you did it to yourself. If you want a new life you need to be focusing on things that are making you progress and real happiness only. Real happiness comes from taking actions that are important and will give you a better life, that is real happiness. Hard work with a purpose is real happiness, challenging yourself to improve and take risks is real happiness, real happiness comes from making sacrifices and doing something that is hard that will give you a slight improvement. Fake happiness comes from pleasures, laziness, procrastination, unhealthy food, entertainment, vices and any other things that slows you down and make you soft and weak. If you want to get stronger you better do the hardest things, do what you hate and that will make a breakthrough and change. There is no change on something that is easy, there is only downgrading there, there is no improvement at all. If you want to level up you better stay disciplined, committed and focused on things that are not fun at all. This sis not going to be easy but it is worth giving a try. Try it for a month, stop thinking about the things that are unimportant, stop giving your time for free, stop clicking clickbaits and stop listening to advices that you don't even need. Focus on what you're trying to achieve and see the big changes in your life. This is not a race, this is a marathon, you don't need to have a lot of fun right away, stop chasing happiness so fast because it is a trap, it is the path to a miserable life. You have to think in long terms, think the right way and practice delayed gratification all the time. Practice making sacrifices for a better future and stop needing a lot of things or activities to entertain you, you don't need a lot, you only need less to survive, you only need a few things and a few information to live a much stronger and happier life. Stop consuming too much because it is the path to a weak life, you have to stay disciplined and focused on the right things, this is pretty basic, just sue your time the right way, use your energy for important things and you will win in life.
