If you have a strong mind and body you don't need to worry about anything anymore. You can survive any storm, you can defeat any challenges and you will never crumble when the pressure is there. That is why you have to voluntarily make yourself uncomfortable every now and then so that you won't fold under pressure. Whatever hard work you can do, whatever sacrifice you can make... do it and never hold back. Create your own repetition, create your own system, create your own life. You are what you repeatedly do so stop blaming other people for your failure, stop blaming the external things if things are not going your way, you are the only one responsible for your life. If you want to get stronger you need to feel more uncomfortable. Don't think and just do, that's how to strengthen your body and mind. Mind gets weaker every time you overthink and worry, it gets weaker if you are not taking actions. Body gets stronger every time you move and do what is hard, every time you finish what you just started. This is simply about motion, the faster you move the faster you get better and stronger. So don't be afraid of moving because it is the only way to growth and progress. You are already improving every time you are moving. Just be in the moment and enjoy the process. It will be a little hard but that's just part of the design, you can never win if you're not willing to take it one step at a time and embrace the pain. It's ok if you are struggling and feeling the difficulty, it's normal, it is the path to greatness. You are not growing every time you refuse to face the difficulty and challenge. Repeat the process over and over again until something work. The results will show if you are willing to go all the way and push yourself to the limits. See to yourself if there are really limits to what a human mind can do. You are what you think about, you are your habits and actions, this is simply a matter of repetition. You will only get what you want if you persevere enough to get it. So stop using your time for nonsense activities and focus on yourself. Focus on hardening yourself, focus on having a strong mentality. You will achieve it if you are willing to give all of your time for yourself only. It's time to take the process seriously. Take it one step at a time, brick by brick, inch by inch, day by day, second per second... do what can make yourself a little bit better and keep repeating it. Don't look for fast results, you have to keep building yourself up and never stop until the journey is finally over. You can win if you can change yourself. It's not about the reality, it is about your identity, it is about your way of life, the habits that you are trying to build and the vision that you believe. So go all the way, bet on yourself, harden your mind, strengthen your body. It is the best gift that you can give to yourself.
