The bad news is you will feel down, heavy, slow, unmotivated, uninspired and tired at any given day but the good news is you can still take actions despite of a negative state. Another good news is you can change that state when you take actions and simply take it one step at a time. It's ok if you are slow but just keep moving forward and you will feel much better in a while. Nothing can stop you, you can become really unstoppable literally if you master moving despite of what state you are in. make it a game to just do it despite of feeling shy, anxious, scared, lazy or tired. Ask a girl's number despite of feeling scared or nervous, that girl is not that special, treat her as another statistic. You will become deadly, unstoppable, relentless and productive if you can move despite of any kind of state you are in. Feelings doesn't matter, only the strong thoughts can create a result and not the weak ones. Always believe that you can push, make it a game to just do it despite of how you feel and you will see how powerful you are. Despite of nervousness, anxiety and doubts... do what you need to do, give yourself a chance to achieve or get something, a negative feeling is a sign, it is not an instruction to stop, it's a trigger to keep pushing forward no matter what. If it is not life threatening then just do it despite of feeling uncertain about it. Stop stopping and start taking actions now, nothing is scary at all, you are just feeding your mind the wrong thoughts that is why you are scared and stuck. Stop feeling so scared and just focus on moving, focus on trying and showing up and be the best that you can be, just simply give your best. And if you can't give your best because you are feeling a certain way, so be it, just do it mess up if you need to, embarrass yourself but don't ever let your feeling stop you. Take actions despite of feeling bad, that is real bravery, that is real courage there, if you can disregard how you feel and try despite of feeling bad... you are on another level. Embarrass yourself, expose yourself to failure and pain, expose yourself to any kind of experience and you will be stretched, you will be stronger than ever. Discomfort is a blessing because it will mold you, it will turn you into a different beast so don't feel sorry if you are struggling and not making it, don't feel so sad whenever you are left out or failing.. that feeling will turn you into a beast. The rejection, being canceled out, being humiliated or ignored... it will make you a different animal, it will unlock a different mentality that will help you to win in the future. Whenever you want to conquer another level of fear, expose yourself into it. Treat it like nothing, feel it and you will see how normal it is, you will see that fear is just an illusion and that it can never take you down or kill you, it can never affect you unless you let it to.
