People want change because they want the result not the lifestyle. If you really want change you must be willing to feel uncomfortable every single day because you have to change your habits, patterns, reactions, words, thoughts and routines. This is a lifestyle change, sometimes you would have to ignore some friends that doesn't align with the new identity that you're trying to create, it is very simple but it's not going to be easy that is why only few people change. If you want to change stop looking for the outcome and focus on your behaviors. Study why you always quit when it is hard, study why you can't focus on doing the hard things, study why are you getting distracted by external circumstances, study why are you being emotional about something. Change is not that hard if you will detach from something that is triggering and making you react. Stop focusing on things that are stopping you from taking actions. Get rid of the thoughts that creates resistance and focus on getting better every single day. Nothing should disturb you, if you are trying to build an identity that is focused and committed to a goal then nothing should distract you or whatsoever. Keep doing what you do and never give up, keep pushing, keep being consistent and never g back to your old thinking patterns again. You are what you repeatedly do, you are your habits, if you want to get better then you should be consistent and never give up no matter what. Keep living your vision, keep fighting for what you want and never give up when it is hard. Reach your goals by changing not by wishing for it. You can only change if you are willing to get uncomfortable all the time, because this is not going to be easy, this is not going to be a cakewalk, this is going to get harder and harder each day, this is going to feel exhausting so you have to do whatever it takes to survive your habits and never go back to your oldself again, someone who is out of control and out of his mind, someone who can't control himself from temptation and laziness. If you want change you need to change now, change for the moment not for the outcome. Don't ever think that you can change right away and never go back to old habits again, this is a forever step by step process, this is not going to be easy and comfortable, this is going to be a lot of stress and frustration because you will never see results but you keep on working harder every single day. The real result is the person you become, it is your transformation, it is your evolution and small improvement day by day, so don't ever give up on yourself, don't ever think that you will win right away, keep going further no matter what. Feel yourself, study yourself and find ways how to overwrite your bad habits. Because once you change your habits, that is the only time you will see improvements in your life. Change is work, it is not an outcome, it is focusing on the right habits that you are trying to build day by day.
