Define what helps you and what doesn't. If you can honestly cross out every action that doesn't help you then you will win in life. The reason why you are losing because you are so addicted to what's making you lose, you're so addicted to mental masturbation, procrastination, negativity and laziness that produces negative results. This is simply about habits, if you have the right habits then you will attract power and strength, you will be in control, you will be stronger than ever. SO watch yourself all the time, are you addicted to what helps you or what brings you down? the choice is yours all the time. You can never make a breakthrough if 90 percent of your habits were trash. If you have trash habits then you have a trash life, as simple as that. But if you have uncomfortable habits like being consistent of a positive action, exercise, studying, building and learning something then your life will become amazing. But the problem with most people is they're so addicted with micro actions that brings zero results. They're so addicted with things that they cannot even control. If you will focus on what you can control then you will be able to control the outcome of your life. SO stop being a loser and get addicted to what helps you, it is harder and more boring but once you get use to it... life will become pretty amazing. It all depends on your focus and belief, it will not bring results in the beginning but eventually it will in the near future. So never wait, the best version of yourself is waiting for you. Get addicted to small habits that creates momentum and power, stop letting foolishness stop you. Laziness is a punishment it is not a reward, if you will just work harder today and believe that life could be better then eventually you will make something. You will gain confidence through hard work and discipline not with gossips and laziness. Look at the strongest people in the world... they act differently than others, they're more disciplined and committed, they're more dedicated to their craft rather than focusing on people that doesn't even matter at all. If you want to win then you need to focus on winning habits rather than focusing on what is easy but useless. It is on you if you want to have a better life. Take actions now or you will regret it later. Focus on getting better, focus on doing whatever it takes to get to the next level. Stop poisoning your mind with subjects and information that doesn't help you at all. Be about business, be about improvement, it is harder but you will feel much better and confident. Take care of your body and mind, make sure you are in best shape, make sure you are sharp and not sloppy.
