FIND THE URGE AND DON'T LABEL IT AS YOU NEED IT, once you are desiring something and you are dying to get it... the power goes away, just like that. When you don't need it there is a bigger chance that you will get it, as simple as that. The reason why you can't have it is because you're too needy and putting too emotions on it, if you don't need it anymore you will get more of it. At the end of the day it's your habits that will either kill or make you, as simple as that. If you have a habit of following your urges, practicing instant gratification, rewarding yourself even if you don't need it then you are doomed to fail, it will show on your results. Why are you only getting less? why are you getting tired easily? why don't you have the willpower to go further? it's because you have a lot of urges and you are following it to satisfy your cravings but the dangerous part is you are getting mentally and physically weaker. If you want to become the best version of yourself you need to feel the pain, you need to be focused on making small progress or even not making progress at all but still following the directions that you have. If you don't have a direction or if you have but not following it then you will have a miserable and distracted life, as simple as that. Define all your urges and label it as you don't need it because the truth is you really don't, you're just feeling hungry, tired or bored because you trained yourself to feel that way, you trained yourself to relieve the pain even if you don't need to. Hold on to the pain for so long and you will become a different warrior. Follow the thoughts that you need for a certain situation like not reacting when something provokes you, ignoring what makes you feel needy or bad, ignoring the reliefs when you think you need it, there is a thought pattern for everything and you need to develop it so that when a challenge or temptation is there... you can easily make the right decisions without feeling so emotional. Patience is the key here and nothing else, you need to become patient while working hard, work on yourself, shower yourself with sacrifices and you will feel so powerful more than ever. Study yourself why you need something, do you really need it or do you just want to numb the pain? if you want your situation and life to get better you need to get better, as simple as that. Stop doing something that will punish you in the future and start building the right character that will make your life better. Watch your thoughts, actions, decisions and reactions all the time. You need to be mindful and conscious here if you wanted to change, just change yourself first, kill the old you so the new life will come naturally.
