WHEN YOU FEEL WEAK




Just strengthen your mind when you feel weak, you don't need to do anything right away, just fix your mentality and start thinking about you getting stronger than ever. Your mind is everything, a healthy thought creates a healthy reality. Just move forward and never think about your weakness again, focus on moving forward and doing whatever it takes to win. 

DO SOMETHING TO BECOME STRONGER A LITTLE BIT

It's either you visualize, practice delayed gratification, make sacrifices, meditate, walk, exercise, bathe in sunlight, do positive affirmations or self talk, heal yourself, lift weights, study something, rest, sleep early, cut off social media, focus on yourself or even eat some vegetables. Do something that will make you a little bit strong. It's about the process not the results, getting stronger is simply doing something for your body and mind that will do the optimization. Stop being lazy and start working on your life. Build from scratch if you need to, start all over again. 

PRACTICE GRATTITUDE

Be thankful and you will feel more powerful. The power of gratitude is real. It will make you feel better, you will see the positives of life. There are millions of things to be thankful of, look around you, stop feeling ungrateful and start appreciating things in your life. You will feel really good if you will start to be thankful of everything that you have. Stop looking for what you don't like, stop focusing on lack and start thanking what's remaining in your life. 

BE IN THE MOMENT

Being in the moment will heal you, it will make you stronger, it will give you enough strength to overcome anything. Accept your situation and try to improve it a little bit. If you can't improve it so be it, just stay still and live your life. Accept any pain, challenges, problems, difficulty, emotional trauma etc. Accept it and you will be able to conquer it. Have no regrets or guilt, don't wish for a better situation, don't numb the feelings and embrace what's goin on right now. You will be able t think better, move faster, make good decisions and lessen the mistakes if you're in the moment. Your body and mind will function better if you're in the moment. So stop thinking about the future, stop anticipating pain, stop making assumptions that are not helping at all and just be in the moment, stay present and take your life or the process one second at a time. You don't need to rush, no need to hurry, this is a marathon not a race. 

UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS HAPPENING

Feeling weak is making you strong, it's guiding you. If you're sick then it means you need to eat right and take care of your body. If you feel slow it means you need to train harder and practice for more hours. If you're losing it means you need to get better and double your effort. If you got injured it means you need to rest and think about a better strategy next time to avoid injury. Everything happens for a reason, don't feel bad because something you don't like is happening to you. It's happening because you are being tested, your faith ad discipline

WEAKNESS IS IN THE MIND

It all starts in the mind, if you think you are weak then you are weak, if you think you are strong then you are strong, as simple as that. Every second is an opportunity to get stronger. There are millions of ways to strengthen your mind and body or at least improve your life a little bit. The problem with you is you're always thinking about the fast results, you don't want to work for it. You have to work with your mentality, you have to cultivate your brain. Weakness is in the mind because you're focused on your weakness instead of using the strength that is remaining in you. Your strength is to move forward and not to move backwards. Ignore all the stupid things, people and situation that you don't like and focus on what you really like and you will feel more powerful than ever. Just think that you can do better, think that you can endure everything, take it one day at a time and never give up. Keep pushing and never let weakness take over, as simple as that. 

FOCUS ON WHAT YOU HAVE CONTROL THE MOST

That is your thoughts and actions, you only have control on your system. You can control your emotions, you can control the way you think, if you're focused on what you can control then you will have more power. You will feel better, you will feel more confident. Other than focusing on what you can't control... there's no power in there. Be fast, just keep working on yourself, keep creating something until you don't feel weak anymore. Create a new energy, build a different you. Set high standards for yourself and try to reach it. 

FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT

Always think that you are strong, always think that you are great then act big time. Do whatever it takes to get to the next level. Always imagine the person that you want to be. Just go and never mind what's going to happen next. You will feel powerful if you are moving and pushing yourself a little bit. Everything that you are focusing on will manifest in reality, the fake confidence and strength will soon become real if you commit to it and never think about anything else. Focus on your strengths and never focus on weakness. Just do it over and over again, always think that you are strong and you will get stronger. 

DON'T DO WHAT MAKES YOU WEAK

Being lazy, procrastinating, too much porn, abusing your body, eating junk foods, thinking negatively, getting jealous with other people, mind other people's business, too much social media... these BS makes you weak. Just stay disciplined, keep moving forward and you will get stronger again. Stop getting consumed by the things that doesn't help you to evolve. Stop looking for comfort, stop looking for entertainment that all does is make you weak and slow. You need to keep pushing and keep fighting for that one little advantage, you need to go hard and stop acting like you're entitled of being slow and lazy. 

DON'T LISTEN TO ANYBODY

If you want to become really strong... never listen to anybody, just listen to yourself. It's an all or nothing for you. It's either you make it or not by yourself. Listen to your own instincts, never listen to what people say because all they do is make you feel negative and push you down. If you will listen to your own heart and follow your gut instincts then you will become very powerful.
