ADAPT OR DIE

Never underestimate your ability to adapt to any situation may it be overwhelming, stressful, negative, scary or threatening. Face it even if you are scared, feel it, don't shy away from it, face the pain, face the discomfort, don't worry because it will go away anytime soon.  Your mind and body will be able to adapt, you just need some time so don't rush, you will improve, you will go to a batter state in just a matter of time, just feel crazy for now, feel overwhelmed and always remind yourself that you will be alright. 

YOU CAN ADAPT TO ANY EMOTION

You feel bad, you're scared and stressed. Discomfort is all over the place but if you can feel it for one day then you can feel it forever, your feelings will adapt. You will no longer feel bad about it once you get use to it. Feel it, don't run away from it, feel it and it will lose its power over you. No matter how bad you feel... embrace it, you will get use to it and sooner or later it will become a normal feeling. You can suck any kind of emotion, you can survive any trauma or anxious moments, you can feel any kind of emotion and not die from it. You are strong, any emotion will come and go, all you need to do is feel it and it will go. 

YOU CAN ADAPT TO ANY PACE

Whatever speed it was... you can adapt to it, at first you will be left behind, you will be the last but you will be able to make adjustments. Your mind and body can adapt to anything, it can survive anything, you just need time to feel and learn. Just don't quit and that's it, you need to just go with the flow and never be afraid of what might happen next. So don't be afraid if your environment was too fast and you always get overwhelmed, you will get use to that speed, you will become faster too, all you need is to exert more effort and try to do what other people are doing. If your work environment is too fast pace then just accept that you're also going to work fast like them. Any level of speed can be developed, it just takes practice, give yourself some time to develop. Don't try to compete with them, don't try to have a race with them, this is not a race, it's about adaptability. 

YOUR MIND WILL ADAPT

It's feeling crazy right now but it will be able to adapt if you try to relax and breathe, just don't do something stupid and decide that you're not going to quit. Your mind can adapt to any stressful and chaotic environment, all you need to do is feel, feel everything, listen to everything, see everything, be aware of what's going on and never try to escape the situation. Your mind may wander anywhere, it may be crowded, it may entertain a lot of negative thoughts but it can adapt to any frightening situation it will never lose its sanity if you will just remain calm and solid as a rock, you can stay to where you stand and never fall. 

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS BE BRAVE

You will die if you don't move, all you need to do is be brave and you will be fine. Stop acting like a pussy because it will never get the job done, life is all about facing your fears and pushing forward no matter what. Life is simply about just doing it even if it is too uncomfortable. You can fake toughness, you can fake courage, all you need to do is face your problems and never try to run away from it, all you need to do is feel. Just don't quit no matter what, enforce your will even if you are scared, specify what you want to happen, be specific to what direction you are headed to and focus on trying to enforce your will, you can be brave in any kind of situation even if you are a coward. Feelings can change, your character can change, it depends on how you use your mind. Just relax and never let something move you, never let something change your philosophy, never let anything poison your mind. Always breathe and never let anything disturb your mind. 

CHANGE THE BRAIN NOT THE SITUATION

Most of the time you're trying to force and change the situation that you don't like, most of the time you're trying too hard but cannot make a progress. It's because you don't need to change your environment, you don't need to change what you're dealing right now... you need to change your mind, change the thoughts that are running inside of your head everyday. If you can change your brain then there is a big chance that you will attract a new experience. 

Study your mind, look at what it's thinking all the time and you will understand why your life is like that, if you will just think the right way then you will have a better life, your situation will automatically change no matter how ugly it is. The power of your mind is real, what you keep thinking about will be your life, your thoughts will create attraction, it will open up opportunities to what it keeps on thinking. So whenever you feel bad, whenever you're struggling and hating your situation... don't try to change it, change your perspective, change the content of your mind and good things will start to happen. Your dominant thought is the creator of your life. If you think about something a thousand times... it will happen to you.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF EVEN MORE

You believe in yours fears more than you believe in yourself and that's why you're having a hard time in your life, that's why you can't make a progress. If you will believe more in yourself and less in your fear then you will experience a different outcome in your life, you will attract better circumstances. It's simply about believing in what you can do. You have the power to create and control your life, you have the power to make things happen, all you need to do is work hard and believe in yourself.
