IT'S NOT ABOUT MOVING IT'S ABOUT STOPPING

Sometimes to make a progress you need to stop, yeah you read it right... you need to stop. You need to stop what isn't working, you need to stop what's stopping you from progressing so that your energy will be used only for doing the right things that will make you better. Because moving too much is putting you on the wrong direction. Going to parties, smoking, drinking too much, using your cellphone the whole day, entertaining every negative information, reading all the news... these are too toxic to your journey and you need to stop all of it. Thinking about the past, regretting your life, regretting your decision... these needs to stop too. Be aware if what you're doing is helpful or not and then immediately make a decision if you're going to stop it.

STOP THESE BAD HABITS

Stop these bad habits and you will be able to create a huge room for improvement. Your habits are what's making you slow, it's derailing your progress. If you keep doing what you've been doing in the past you will get the same ugly results. You need to create a new you so get a new result. Always guard your actions and thoughts because it's controlling you most of the time. Your brain is in an autopilot mode and it keeps repeating the thoughts recorded on it. You're always remembering the past and it's not good for your health and career. You need to forget everything including your biggest crush in high school, you need to create a new mind to have a new life. You're stuck in your position because your pattern of thinking hasn't changed yet, you're too attached with the old thoughts that are not helpful at all. You will become slower and slower every time you engage with the same thinking and actions. Do something different this time, increase your belief, destroy your limitations and forget your boundaries, always think that you can do more.

I know you're sick and tired of these habits but it's making you feel something and that's why you're addicted with it. You need to disregard your emotions, face the pain you get from removing it, feel the moment little by little so you will never panic. Never try to escape your state of mind right now and go back to the old habits, lock yourself to what is happening now and follow through. Being mindful is the best way to change and make a progress, be aware of what's going on with your system.

STOP IT NOW

Don't say to yourself that you will do it for the last time and then will stop tomorrow, you will remain on the same cycle if you allow this decision. If you really want to stop something then you better stop it now, because it will get stronger if you allow it to continue, it will get deeper and it will be very hard for you to pull it and get rid of it. I know it's hard to stop it now but it's possible, you're one decision away from becoming great, you're one sacrifice away from entering a new life and starting a great future. The madness should stop now, not later, not tomorrow, it should stop now.

If you need to stop smoking then just flush your cigarettes into the toilet bowl, if you need to take a diet then just throw away the junk foods in your cabinet, if you need to have a good grades then just turn of the stupid Xbox now, you know what to do you just can't do it because it's fun destroying your own life. It's really fun engaging in activities that are full of stupidity because it's too easy and entertaining. But remember, you will never get anything from easy tasks, it will make you dumb and rusty.

Stopping a bad habit will enable you to build a new habit that will help you to become really successful. Success is simply about building the right habits, it's like programming your mind and body in a way that will make you work really fast and hard.

REVIEW YOUR TARGET

What's your target? what do you really want to have in your life? name it, recite it over and over again until it's permanently embedded in your mind. Sometimes you're forgetting what you really want and that's why you easily get tempted of doing what's useless and garbage. Review your goals, review your target, make sure you're thinking about it. Go hard for your target, pursue it, even if you don't know exactly what to do... just go and get it. Be relentless, be brave, this is the only way to remove your ad habits, you need to replace them with good ones. And good habits will only be formed if you're seriously chasing your goals. If you're not serious about it then you will never get it, you will engage with the same bad habits that is only putting your life on misery.

What's your intention for doing something? it is to make your life better or to make your life worse? remember that every activity is either pushing you to the top or pulling you down. Ask yourself what you really want and go for it. Stop thinking twice and attack the target with all your might.

TAKE TIME TO MEDITATE

If your mind was already too crowded, if you can't think right anymore, if you're too overwhelmed then take time to meditate to reset your mind to neutral state. Meditate for at least 3 minutes and you will feel much better. Don't go back to your bad habits that will make you feel better because it will only make you worse. Yes, it will make you feel better for a short period of time but it will make you miserable in the end. Meditation is real, a quiet and simple mind will make you very productive. Just close your eyes and focus on your breathing, focus on being present.
