HOW TO NEVER LOSE CONFIDENCE

Let's face it your confidence will never stay on top forever, time will come and it will diminished especially if you're failing or nothing good is happening in your life. Some people were confident before, they're winning but after experiencing a devastating defeat... their confidence goes down and were not able to get it back again. It's because they don't want to try again, they were so afraid of failing again, they lose their confidence because they don't want to experience pain anymore. 

YOU CAN TAP INTO YOUR CONFIDENCE ANYTIME YOU WANT TO

Confidence can be felt anytime you want to. You don't need to worry if you don't have it, you just need to show up, you just need to push yourself and face what needs to be faced. Face the pain, face your tasks, face your goals, don't hide like a scared kitten, you need to show up and throw yourself out there. Don't be afraid to fail, don't be afraid to take actions. You will become confident if your mindset is to just do it. Just do it without any attachment, do it for the sake of just doing it. Don't take it personally, don't pressure yourself, don't expect too much, just do it and have fun stumbling and finding a way how to get it done. 

EMOTIONS WILL GO UP AND DOWN, THIS IS NORMAL

Don't get frustrated if yesterday you're so confident and today you're not. That's how life works, that's how human brain works, it's normal. Just relax and believe that your confidence will come back sooner or later. Work hard and push yourself, this is the only way to bring your confidence back. Just don't quit and you will be fine, you will be able to get your momentum back later. Because it's impossible to have confidence forever, even the strongest people loses their confidence at one point of their lives. But the truth is... it doesn't matter if you're confident or not, what matters is you're pushing yourself to do the work now. 

YOU WILL NEVER LOSE YOUR CONFIDENCE FOREVER

Trust me, it will come back, it will go away for some period of time, you may lose it for days or months but it will come back. All you have to do is keep trying and keep moving, the harder you work the faster your confidence will come back. So just move even if you're not confident. Confidence will come back in just a matter of time, just keep moving while waiting for it. You will find it if you will never give up. So just stay relax if your not confident as of now, your feelings will change in just a matter of time, you will have a breakthrough, the belief in yourself will come back again.  

THE TRUTH IS YOU DON'T NEED CONFIDENCE AT ALL

If you need to feel confident before you do something then it means you're really not that confident. Big time athletes, entrepreneurs, performers were not totally 100 percent confident before they take a challenge, they also feel nervous but they just show up and do what is needed. You r confidence will go higher once you're already moving. Don't ever think that you need to much confidence before you start, you just need to move and give your very best. Confidence is overrated, there are some winners who were not confident at all, they're just good in showing up and just doing what needs to be done, they're simple taking one small step at a time and they do not procrastinate. You don't need to feel good before you move, you just need to do it. Mindset is what you need to have, having that mindset of simply doing whatever it takes to win is a great weapon, it's a perfect tool so succeed. Regardless if you are confident or not... go all in, use all of your skills and knowledge to become a winner. 

TAKING ACTIONS AND FINISHING A SMALL TASK WILL MAKE YOUR CONFIDENCE STRONGER

Just take one small step and your confidence will increase a little bit, you will feel much better, you will gain confidence through actions. What matters is you're looking for a way, in almost any circumstances confidence doesn't matter anymore, what matters is your willpower. Confidence will come later, don't rely on it too much, don't worry if you're confident or not and just grind. Because overthinking is the number one confidence destroyer, thinking about perfection will make you stuck. Just take one small mediocre action and then keep following through. So if you want to feel confident now, just do what you want and need to do, face your fears, embrace what might happen because of trying, welcome the possibility of failing. Don't be afraid to get rejected, don't be afraid that something might not work. 

DETACH FROM YOUR IDENTITY

You care so much about your identity or reputation and that's why you're so scared to try or make a risk. You're scared of being judged that you're not good. Forget your identity so that you will be able to take actions. You're not something special, you're not a billionaire, you're not a celebrity. Just do what you need to do and forget the outcome. Always think that you are nothing, you don't need to win, you don't need to prove yourself, you just need to give your best so you will know what you really can do. Stop hesitating, stop thinkin twice and just pull the trigger. 

HAVE FUN IN FAILING

Always feel that you're a better person after failing, not all people are willing to try and make a risk, you're already one step ahead of them because they don't want to embarrass themselves. Have fun in failing, it will teach you a lot of lessons that will serve as bridge to become successful in the future. Failing is nothing, it will never make you worse, it will only make you better. Embrace every opportunity to fail, fail fast and try again fast. The only way to have supreme confidence is by failing a lot of times and trying again for one more time. Don't stop until you finally have what you want.
