WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO WORK HARD?

It's not about the degree of difficulty of the task, it's not about not having the genes to work hard, it's not about not being motivated at all. It's because you didn't work hard YESTERDAY. Yeah, you read it right, you didn't work hard yesterday and that's why you can't work hard today. It's all about the yesterday, it's not about the today or the future. It's not about making yourself believe that you can take it easy today because you can work hard tomorrow, this kind of mindset will never work. If you can't work hard today then you can never work hard tomorrow, as simple as that. It's all about training yourself, it's all about forcing yourself to work hard now so you can build the habit of working hard little by little. You can't just decide that you will work hard today and it will work, your body will not follow you, you don't have the track record of working hard for the past few months so who are you to trick your brain and body? 

It will never work, no matter how much you force yourself or think that you can move... your body will never move. It's because you're not conditioned to work hard. You're lazy yesterday, you're lazy for the past few years so it will be impossible for you to become a hard worker. 

That's why you need to take actions now, force yourself to do something and stick with it for a very long time. Be patient, deal with the pain, I know you already wanted to quit but if you really want to evolve then you need to feel the pain, feel the discomfort and uncertainty. Remember that you are building a habit of working hard today, you can't quit now because you will quit again tomorrow for sure. 

MOTIVATION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HARD WORK

You can't just watch a stupid motivational film and expect to become a super hero today, that will never happen. Working hard is simply doing it regardless if you're motivated or not. Your feelings is not important here, your feelings is a trash, it's only stopping you. So forget about how you feel and just do it, just push yourself and never stop. Don't look for any motivation because motivation is only eating a lot of your time. Use your willpower to finish, go further and further as much as you can even if it's already too painful. Motivation will show up as you take actions, it will show in the middle of the task when you're about to quit. It doesn't show in the beginning, that's why a lot of people can't start after hearing a motivational quote, it's just sparking you a little bit, it's just giving you a belief but it's not moving your feet, you're in the same place after watching some motivational craps on the internet. 

FOCUS ON BUILDING THE HABIT

Every action you make, every second you discipline yourself... you're already building a habit of working hard. So stick with it, never let it go, keep the momentum rolling. Never stop, just do it, take it one step at a time. You have to keep the continuity alive, you have to find the strength to keep going even if you're already tired mentally. If you can just focus for one hour straight doing your work without entertaining any other things... you're already making a big progress, just keep focusing... you will be surprised with what you were able to accomplish if you're focused and dedicated. Just repeat everyday, work hard everyday and you will become a real hard worker. You will push through no matter what, there is no quitting on you, you will believe in possibilities, you will be able to beat any kind of obstacle. 

HARD WORK IS A MINDSET

You do it everyday, it is your culture, you feel so weird and sick if you're not working hard, you love it, you feel empowered by doing it. You need to embody it, in anything that you do... you should give an extra effort, because that will become your character, people will see if you're not giving any effort in what you're doing, the result will be disgusting, it's something that you will never be proud of. So fix your mind to hard work, stay focused, never get distracted by anything. Let go of the small entertainments here and there, be mindful of what you're doing. Always ask yourself this phrase: "is what I am doing taking me further? is it making me better and faster?" Always be mindful, be in the moment and never think about the future. This is your life now, you're already trapped in a hard work mindset, never change it anymore. 

CREATE YOUR OWN MOTIVATION

See the images inside of your head, see yourself winning and raising your hands, see yourself on top. You can create your own motivation, you can do this by simple visualizations. If you can see the images that you want to manifest in reality... you will feel good, you will become motivated, you will start fast, you will have the energy to keep pushing further. You can become really creative here. You can scare yourself that you're going to live a miserable life if you don't work hard. Fear is a good motivator too, it can put you on a sense of urgency in an instant if you feed your mind the most frightening images that are about to happen if you don't work hard today. Whatever is working for you... use it. 

HARD WORK WILL BECOME EASIER

As you do it everyday it will become easier, it will become automatic. You will feel that there is something wrong in your system if you're not working hard. You can turn your motor on anytime you want to, you can start fast during the most uncomfortable situations, you can already endure pain and boredom, hard work is no longer hard.

YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING

You will never understand everything and you are not suppose to understand everything. You may work hard, you may be more skilled than other...
