TRAIN TO HAVE CONFIDENCE NOT TO DOMINATE

The main purpose of training is to have confidence in yourself, to feel stronger, to feel confident that you have the necessary tools to win or outlast any type of challenge. If your training to dominate others or to look superior then your training will never work, you will never be able to do it everyday. It's because you're not thinking about yourself, you're thinking about others, in other words... you're not being yourself. The main purpose of practicing is to become stronger than yesterday and not to become stronger than others, if you're thinking about having a revenge that's why you are training then you will never succeed, it's because you're letting anger get the best of you, you're letting ego control your mind and once ego is all over your system... it will be harder for you to concentrate on your training, you will lack focus because you're always thinking about dominating other people, your main goal now is to impress and not to express.

SOME PEOPLE TRAIN TO HAVE REVENGE ON PEOPLE THAT HURT THEM BEFORE

An athlete that is training so that he will become better and so that he can say to his former coach that he is wrong for benching him. This athlete will never succeed, it's because his coach is still on his mind. He wants to make his coach realize that he is wrong benching him, this athlete will never become better because there is a bitterness in his heart. If you're doing something because you're angry or you want to have a revenge... you will never succeed. Because you will never be able to make the right decisions, your mind was poisoned with negativity.

So if you're training just to have a revenge on someone then you are only wasting your time, you're not going to succeed, it's because you're thinking about that person all the time, sometimes you're not even training anymore, you're just thinking about humiliating him in the future and proving to everyone that you're the one who's right.

TRAINING IS FOR THE ENDURANCE

Training is for you to have energy until the end, it's not to show off that you are the strongest or the greatest. You will have more energy if you're practicing, you will have more knowledge, your brain will be able to withstand any kind of pressure or frightening situations. Again, it's not to punish other people or make them feel that you're the superior, what if the person you are challenging trains harder than you? or is stronger than you? you're in big trouble my friend, you will have no plan B because your plan from the very beginning is to show of toy the other competitors.

If you're not training then you will have lesser energy when the game is down the wire, you will give up easily, you will never dare to go any longer because your tired. You don't have the mental toughness, that's what training can do to you... it will make you mentally tougher. There is no such thing as a person born with such strong mentality, a strong mind was being molded by stressful situations and training.

TRAIN FOR YOURSELF

Train because you want to train, train to have confidence, train because you like it and it's already becoming part of who you are. Train for longevity, train for a stronger spirit. Don't train because other people are training and you only got jealous with their social media posts. Train because you love it, train because you want to become a better person. You don't need to tell everyone that you are training or working hard, you do it because you really love it or you do it because you want to improve day by day. Dedicate your training for yourself, because you love yourself and you're trying to grow as a stronger person. Training for yourself means you are taking care of yourself, you are aiming to become the best version of yourself but not comparing yourself to other people.

HOW TO TRAIN RIGHT?

• Select the process that works for you and you will enjoy
• Make sure the process is doable everyday, don't ever pick the advance drills or techniques because you will only gt overwhelmed.
• Stay consistent, practice at least 20-30 mins a day, make sure you will follow through
• Push, train even if you feel lazy, never skip a day because it will become your habit to procrastinate once you allow yourself to skip today. Train even on weekends, just cut the minutes if you need to.
• Don't complicate it, stick with the basics. You don't need to copy everything you saw on social media, just pick what works best for you.

Start now, train yourself, create your own program. Your goal should be to become better than yesterday. Don't put any hidden agenda on it. Make it as your lifestyle, add it to your discipline.
