The best time to exercise is when you're hungry why? I know a lot of people is against me with this idea, but I prove it to myself that the best time to exercise is when you're starving and feeling weak. This kind of approach will build your mental toughness, you will cut more weight because there is no more reserved energy, it is harder but the weight loss is faster. Some people will eat a lot of food first before they work out but in the end they will only feel lazier and slower during the process. It's because having food in your stomach will make you slower.
When you're hungry you will become faster, you feel a little bit weak but the truth is you're faster and move violent. Your mind is going crazy but it's not, mental toughness is starting to build on your system. This happens to me, I do this for 100 straight days, I exercise when I am hungry and my weight goes from 170 lbs to 129 lbs in just 3 months. I feel like an animal when I'm training hungry, it feels like I'm hunting a deer, it gives me a different perspective, it gives me a different space that only I can fee and see.
And once you're done exercising.. don't eat right away, let the hunger stay for one more hour. And when the waiting is over don't eat too much, just eat enough, eat what will somehow ease the pain of hunger. Do this for one straight month and you will see the transformation. The idea here is the more pain you feel, the more effective it will be. The more pain you inflicted on your system, the more you will become proud of the process, it will be harder for you to stop your goal.
Look at those people who exercises after eating a heavy meal... they feel so heavy, they get tired so easily, some will not even start, they will sleep right away after eating foods. They are just making excuses that they need something to burn before they exercise, it's a lousy and stupid excuse, you don't need to bur anything, you just need to feel the pain.
When you're hungry your mind is on a different dimension, you feel so irritated but it's ok because that is where the improvement is happening.
