PROCRASTINATION IS ALL PART OF THE PROCESS

Don't blame yourself if you're procrastinating too much. Just deal with it, fight it if you can but don't ever feel guilty about it because that will only make the depression even worse. Just feel happy that you know that you're procrastinating because that will be the start of your change.

What is done is done, you already wasted your time, you already acted lazy, what is the use of blaming yourself even more? that will not help. What you need to do is just move forward and do something productive this time. You already procrastinated, it doesn't feel good right? if it doesn't feel good then stop doing it. Go to another direction, use a different mindset this time.

Forget the past, forget the accomplishments that you must have now but you don't because you procrastinate a lot, forget the regrets because it's only making you feel bad. You need to start fresh, you need to start energetic, the thoughts about procrastination is making your life difficult. You need to unleash yourself from that rat race and that can only happen if you will just move and do something.

The key here is to forgive yourself and just move on. If you're still procrastinating up to now then you need to stop it right away. It's good that you know that you're procrastinating but your situation will even become better if you will start moving.

DO SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE PROCRASTINATE TOO?

Definitely yes, they were just humans, they procrastinate too, they get depressed too but the only difference is they can stop procrastination fast and go back to their normal lives fast. They know if they were procrastinating and they can find a way easily how to stop it.
