You're just a human, you feel insecure sometimes, you feel that they are judging you, you feel that they were laughing at you, you feel that you're no better than them and you're always comparing yourself to others. It's ok, you're just a human and it's possible to feel that way. But if you want to get rid of insecurity... you must know that you are getting insecure, you must know that you are thinking the wrong way. Admit that you're the one who's judging yourself, maybe some people were rally judging you but if you will simply ignore them and focus on your strengths. Focus on your goals, focus on what you want to happen and your confidence will soar.
You must be aware if you'er comparing yourself to others, you must be aware if you'r looking at them and not looking at your own life. Once you give your focus to others... you will feel bad about yourself, you will feel inadequate and weak. But it's ok, the most important thing is you know that you are getting insecure and you must detach from that mental state right away, train your mind to be aware if you are insecure, admit that you feel it and stop feeding your ego that you must be better than them, you don't need to convince yourself that you'r enough. All you need to do is appreciate what you have and keep fighting insecurity.
Be happy with what you have, be happy of who you are and what your gifts are. Be happy that you're still alive and can also experience such things.
It's ok if you feel insecure, just make sure you will forget that feeling right away and be happy with how you look and feel, be happy with your place. Once you can change your emotional state from being insecure to not feeling anything about things outside of yourself... congratulations, your mental toughness is being built. It means you don't care anymore of how you look, you don't care if someone is better than you. Actually, you will never feel that someone is better than you if you will just focus on your own energy, focus on your own life, appreciate every moment and be happy with where you are.
