How to become mentally tough?

Everyone wants to become mentally tough, everyone wants a toughness that can make them outlast every problem along the way. Being tough doesn't mean you need to become dominant all the time, being tough doesn't mean being savage and simply getting what you want by any means. Being mentally tough simply means staying calm, collected during the times of crisis and pressure. It means you know your goal and you will follow your game plan no matter what.

So how to become really mentally tough? Just stick with the problem, stick with the process no matter what. Feel the pressure, feel the pain, feel the discomfort and never give up no matter what. Don't think about your situation, think about what you want to happen, always push even if problems and adversity is pulling you down. Stick to the plan and never change it.

Destroy all of your excuses and simply do your thing. Your excuses and complaints is what stopping you, you have what it takes to become successful if you can move. Actions will make your mind tougher, just take actions even if you're depressed, tired or exhausted. Find that energy to keep moving forward. It's all about taking actions and that's it. some people were making excuses and acting weak even if they can do something and that is why their lives were always falling apart. Just be fast and never let your mind think, do whatever you can do and you're already mentally tough.

Just don't quit, keep pushing even if you feel that you can never win anymore. Stop playing the delaying games and simply do your best to win.
