HOW TO BECOME COMFORTABLE WITH FEAR

No matter how you make the world spin, no matter how you look for shortcuts and hacks to become successful you can never deny the fact that you will always be uncomfortable, if you're chasing success then you will always feel the fear, if you're new to something you will be stunned and get lost, if you haven't experience a new type of pain or challenge... you will become scared and sometimes you will even freak out. But was it possible? was it really possible to become comfortable with fear? of course it is. The greatest ones, the champions, the immortals, the conquerors, MVP's, legends, gurus, millionaires and billionaires... they still feel a certain type of fear everyday. The only difference is they can become comfortable with it so fast, they can neutralize it and still move forward despite of the negative feelings that are running through their system. They can stay calm despite of it, the knew that it will bother them once in a while but they can manage to take over and control their fears, they can shift their thoughts to a different direction, they can easily ignore the fear and do what is needed. That is what made them successful, they were simply not scared of being scared. They never let fear interfere, they never let it make them a failure, they prohibit fear from ruining their success.

All you have to do is feel it and understand what was it all about. Was it really a big deal? are you really in big big trouble? or do you still have a chance to survive this day? are you really in deep quicksand? is there nothing you can do about it anymore? the truth is... your problem is not bigger than what it really is, the challenge is not really a big deal. Sometimes all you have to do is stay calm and give the situation your own meaning. For example, if you're badly sick and you feel like dying, if you are feeling a pain that was scary.... give ti another meaning, think that the cells in your body were just reacting in a different way because your body is getting better little by little. Make yourself believe that the pain or the fear is the path to a better life, always remember that after a negative situation or emotion is good feelings and relief.

BEING COMFORTABLE WITH FEAR IS THAT EASY

You can stay calm during times of fear or you can panic when you're scared, it's all up to you. The control is always yours, you don't need to listen to the voices that are telling you that you're in trouble. You can stay relaxed and still, you can breathe slowly and enjoy the moment. Staying calm is the number one fear killer, just stay calm, you don't have to say anything, you don't even need to move. Just stay calm and poised, maintain your composure and never show any signs of panicking or rushing. Fear is just a thought, it's just a programming from the past that is trying to poison your mind, it's an anticipation that has no proof of being real.

WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW IS NOT FOREVER

Any situation, any event, any feeling will not stay forever. The momentum will change, the sequence of events will change. Any problem, any negative emotion... it is all temporary, all you have to do is endure and stick with the problem, show the world how tough you are and you will never let any kind of fear destroy you.

DON'T TRY TO GET RID OF YOUR FEAR

Just feel it, don't get annoyed with it, don't feel bad while it's still there. Just try to move or think on a very slow pace, just feel every single second of your life and that fear will slowly go away naturally, you don't need to force anything because every time you do that the fear is always getting stronger. You are the only who's amplifying your fears by trying to escape the present moment, you are rushing to get comfortable that is why you're out of your mind and you lose your control.

• Breathe slowly
• Think of some past experiences that makes you happy
• Remind yourself that fear will soon go away
• You're just a human, you are suppose to feel fear so don't blame yourself for feeling it
• Never try to rush anything, be slow because that will make you calmer, that will neutralize your
   fears
• Don't forget to feel, feel everything, feel every single cell that is running inside of your body, hear       the sounds around you, be aware of what is going on and never react on anything. Just feel life.

YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOUR FEARS

The reality is... your fear has now power, you are the only one giving it power because of thinking too much and worrying too much. If you can't control your fears then just don't think at all and the chemistry of your body will change. If you can't think right then don't think at all. Put your mind on a blank state so positive thoughts will come. Always remember that you are stronger than your fears, you can become better than your present situation. You are the one who's giving your fears some power it only means that you're the one who can kill it too. You're the one who's making your opponent stronger by being afraid, you're the one who's making the problem bigger by not doing anything, you're the one who's scaring yourself and not the events, people or problems that you encounter.
