CHOOSE THE RIGHT VITAMIN FOR THE BRAIN

Your mind is crowded with those useless thoughts that are making your life even more difficult. You need to choose the right vitamin for your brain. It's either you make the brain weak or you make it strong, it all depends on what vitamin are you using for your brain. The good news is... you can choose what to feed, you have the power to become selective with your thought process or patterns.

What are the right vitamins for the brain?

1. Meditation. This is a good vitamin for the brain, it can make your brain powerful and relaxed. If you meditate everyday then you will achieve mental toughness, you will be able to withstand a large amount of pressure, you will stay calm during difficult moments, you will be able to think clearly even if the situation is so critical. Meditation will turn you into a Monk-like calmness, you will feel lesser pressure even if other people were sweating so badly, you will still feel cold even if it's too hot and people were panicking. You will have a very strong mind game and you will never get stunned by a frightening challenge.

2. Affirmation. This will make you more confident, it will raise your self esteem. Affirmation will make you more focused with your dream, this will build your self identity. Pair the word "I" with good attributes and qualities that will give you an edge. Some of the very good affirmations were: "I am confident", "I am a millionaire", "I am healthy". Anything that will feed your brain some hope and will infuse some self esteem will do. The trick here is if the words feels good to you... it will work. The simpler the better so it will be easy for you to memorize and use during times of troubles.

3. Visualization. Visualization is seeing things that you want while your eyes were close. It will make the brain more creative and focused on what you want. You will become a single minded if you keep on visualizing what you want, you will be reminded of what you are trying to achieve in life. Visualization makes the manifestation of anything fast. The more detailed and patient you are, the more you are likely to get results.

4. Learning a new skill. Learning a new skill is also a good vitamin for the brain. Your mind will expand if you're trying to learn something new, you will have a hard time but because it only means you are using your brain and there are new brain cells growing inside of your brain. The more you challenge yourself by learning a new skill, the more your brain becomes healthy.

5. Motivation. Watch motivational videos, learn motivational stories... these are good for your brain. Negativity will be erased and you will have some fresh and positive perspectives in life which is very good for removing the toxins in your brain.

So what is your vitamin for your brain? is that vitamin really healthy and good? some people were using useless and harmful vitamins such as porn, news, gossips, pills etc. You need to be aware that your brain is your power, if you keep on feeding it the wrong vitamins then you're in big trouble.
